Nice place

Good amenities and good breakfast.

A very nice hotel by the lake/river side! Hotel staff was great! Room with lake view was grand! Both water view restaurants weren’t open only one of them opened for private parties which was disappointing.

Great stay at Crown plaze Zhenjiang. The room was awesome, with a view to the Changjiang river over the City.

Nice hotel but lots of buildings being erected close by. A little tired in places.

Even with late checkin they open the restaurant at midnight. Very helpful but the girl at front desk what kind of slow mode

酒店的配套设施和环境很满意，服务热情周到。江景房视野非常好，尤其洗手间的落地窗直面长江，景色怡人。大浴缸很舒服，儿子玩的很开心。自助早餐和晚餐品种丰富，尤其是甜品和特色锅盖面一定不能错过。卫生打扫再仔细一点就好了，地毯上还有前面客人留下的牙签。总体来说是一次满意的住宿经历。

第一次从hotels平台订酒店，感觉还有点不太适应，没找到酒店含不含早餐…… 酒店位于长江边上，离西津渡、北固山和高铁站都不远，江边还能有各种活动；总体来说酒店还是相当不错的，毕竟是老牌五星了，房间设施中规中矩，酒店服务也是有求必应，房间打扫的还是很干净至少没发现什么不妥，礼宾服务能够主动开门拿行李，前台入住速度也是很快，就是酒店周边没有超市没有餐饮，好在镇江不大。 总而言之对这次入住很满意，感谢hotels平台！

Do not disturb doesn’t mean the same thing here. My room and belongings were searched while I was out of the room. Didn’t even try to hide the fact they’d been in the room leaving closet doors open and suitcase moved.......Nothing taken but also nothing of value left in the room (I never do). Maybe it’s just China.....

1/ staffs here are all so friendly, especially the front desk staff which called Miss PUN. They upgraded a bigger room to us and gave us many travel advice 2/ room is so big and very clean, I can enjoy my time In this hotel 3/ definitely will stay here again and really love this city!

I somehow got upgraded to the Club floor, and the room was pretty nice. My only criticism is in the book the lounge is advertised as being open at 7am with coffee & a small breakfast buffet, but sign posted said it didn't open until 10 am. I had an early train, so missed breakfast

Pleasant stay, with up-graded to river-front view room. Convenient location with bus stops in front of hotel to get around the city. Nice breakfast.

離熱鬧的地方有點遠，比較不方便，但整理服務相當不錯，還有可愛的機器人送東西的服務，早餐有鎮江知名的鍋蓋面，如果是ＩＨＧ會員還有些特別的東西，送手工的優格，蠻好吃的！

用积分换的行政房，享受到了行政楼层的下午茶和晚餐，相当精致，第二天的早餐也很丰富。房间面对江景，隔音不错，床非常大软硬合适。服务无论是前台，还是行政酒廊，还是早餐，都让人感觉相当舒心到位。下次来镇江还会选择住这里。

Parking lot at the basement was kind of scary. Got upgraded to a river facing room, the toilet bowl was a bit dirty, didn't like the breakfast. But the staffs were nice

飯店就在長江旁，從房間窗外看出去，就可看到長江美景。屬於假日酒店系統，品質有保證，不論是櫃檯或是接待人員，親切且專業。房間設施新穎，隔音效果良好。

Ideal for my visit, a short business trip to Zhenjiang. Easy to walk into main town area, ideal location.

我與朋友臨時決定去鎮江, 前一天才下訂. check-in時飯店人員非常親切, 提供我們加價升級雙床江景房, 升級價格也不貴. 飯店位置非常的棒,離公車站走路只要3分鐘. 無論是去金山 西津渡 北固山還是焦山都很方便, 搭公車幾站就到了. 房間也很棒, 打開窗戶就是長江的江景, 晚上夜景非常美麗.
