Staff was great and amazing.

Property is small but nice, pretty well maintained. Beach is swimmable, shallow enough for kids, no large waves, it is clear, color is a bit green but still nice. Service was excellent most of the time. But there were a couple of moody bar tenders, the beach chair guy wouldn't move an umbrella and one day, no seats in the regular beach area. Food was decent, everyone found something to eat but sizing and presentation of food varies from day to day.

Se nota que hubo una remodelacion del hotel hace poco pero en algunas partes sigue viendo viejo. El servicio debe mejorar mucho, especialmente el tema de las reservaciones en los restaurantes. Uno de los dias salimos desde temprano a un tour y regresamos al final de la tarde, por lo que no pudimos reservar. Nos acercamos al restaurabte italiano y por mas que estuviera con muy poca ocupación la host no quiso darnos una mesa y tenia una actitud de cero ayuda. El siguiente dia hicimos reserva y pidimos ir, y la verdad tanto las pastas como el servicio muy malo (las pizzas sí estan ricas). La comida del restaurante buffett tambien es muy regular y poca variedad. Un buen detalle es que nos dejaron una botella de vino en la habitacion de bienvenida.

The cleanliness of the resort is equisite. Bonus points for the powder-like sand by the beach, my little boy really enjoyed a lot. Food options are also great, different everyday. My only suggestion, more kid-friendly spaces (Kidsdom is under reno); Hopefully some playarea as well by the beach.

Todo estuvo perfecto excepto que me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque la que me asignaron estaba junto a un ducto de un restaurante toda la habitación se llenó de humo y olor a carne asada.

I'm going to cut to the chase since my review was too long so I had to edit it twice.I paid just over 2,000 for 7 day package with my wife and I with flights included through expedia. So, taking that into consideration, I rated this hotel highly; because for what I paid for I certainly got my money's worth and considering I read some reviews that caused me hesitate-It certainly exceeded our expectations. Food-wise, while the other two resorts I stayed at had at least one more restaurant to offer and somewhat of a bigger sized buffet, My wife and I, including 3 other families that joined didn't lack finding something we all enjoyed and were quite happy with! There were two restaurants to choose from besides the buffet. There was some confusion with the 3rd restaurant we wanted to try called "The Grill" they eventually told us its closed for a few days so we never tried it. There wasn't a dedicated coffee or ice cream stand like the last place I went to had, but whenever we asked for a specialty coffee at the restaurant or bar, they did a great job at it, same with ice cream, if you ask a server they bring you some. The Ocean-Water was crystal clear and see-through for at least the first 40-60 feet with hardly any waves, perfect for kids! The pool was great, it was maybe 22 feet wide and 120ft long, and its depths varied so that my one year old son could walk around in the shallow section which he loved! The water park was cool. Rooms were clean! For the price overall-5 star!

Excelente propiedad para ir con tus hijos pequeños, el personal de alimentos y bebidas con poco sentido de urgencia, las habitaciones recién remodeladas están excelentes y cómodas. El personal de Pool concierge pocos accesibles para apoyar al huesped, el área de playa está un poco abandonada sin embargo la playa está perfecta y espaciosa.
