Our stay was just perfect. The room was fabulous, with a grand view of the bridge. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Porugal, and the staff went out of their way to be kind, helpful, and attentive.

Beautiful, modern, great food, and every night live entertainment........Five star all the way....The staff was amazing!!!!!!!

It was just a one night stay before returning home the following morning. Great location near Oceanarium. The hotel is beutiful and service was first class with amenities.

The gym sucks, and half the cardio equipment was out of service.

Great location, the room seemed a little small and the shower/tub was kind of inconvenient for us (but it might be a personal preference). The staff was absolutely amazing and again, location location location!

Excellent staff and great customer service. Only issue was figuring out how to use the showers. Abit confusing.

Good location close to several restaurant and transportation. Nice view to the river. The staff is professional nice. Would recommend it.

Inexiste acesso para deficientes físicos, Tampouco há cadeira de rodas no hotel.

Das Zimmer im 20. Stock mit Blick auf den Hafen war sehr schön. Es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten. Das Frühstück war super. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war, dass man an der Rezeption ewig rumgemacht hat, weil falsche Getränke auf unserer Rechnung standen. Bei einer Flasche Wein hat man das Trinkgeld selbst gleich mit draufgeschlagen. Bei allen Türen im Eingangsbereich war die Elektronik kaputt, wurde auch nicht repariert.

We really enjoyed the location, room and the staff. All excellent. The one area that could really improve is the breakfast beverage service. Having a station where people can serve their own drinks (coffee etc.) would really help. When it was busy the staff really struggled to get people served.
