I want to begin this review by saying i was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and staff. I would be so bold as to say this hotel is the BEST in all of Gurugram, and i say that with confidence because i have stayed at many of the 4 and 5 star hotels here. Special thanks must be given to Sylvester because his professionalism and indepth explanation is what ultimately led to me book my stay at the Taj. I usually do indepth research and when i came across the interview he did, i had a great feeling about my stay. He is just as pleasant and professional as he was on the video. I usually do indepth research and when i came across the interview he did, i had a great feeling about my stay. He is just as pleasant and professional as he was on the video. I truly believe he needs to be given a higher position. I only plan to return if he is still employeed there on my next visit. I would also like to thank a couple of others but unfortunately I lost the paper with there names on it. There was one housekeeper named Shively and one female that worked with Sylvester, I cannot remember her name, that also helped me out tremendously. The rooms were prestine, the pool and lounge areas are perfect. The Thai restaurant was top notch, I highly recommend the lobster. If there is any issue, however slight, the chef will correct it immediately. Shoutout to him for the amazing lamb dish he replaced for the duck dish i ordered and did not like. Everyone there was so helpful and accommodating.

Nice hotel in nice area, but rooms showing some wear and tear. Gym has very basic equipment. Staff very friendly.

Nice quiet property, service is good.

Initially a disaster. Then they moved me to a new room on a new floor. Better. Property seems more worn down than Taj Bengaluru airport property. It’s seems that the latter is better managed. Bathroom towels seemed clumped and smelly. Could use a fabric softener and drier dried can help.

Lots of choice for breakfast fresh alu paratha, dosa,eggs the way you want them and much much more. The massage is a good option to go for some relaxing, also, the rooms are so good. There was a Jacuzzi bath in our room

Staff was very courteous. Their Thai restaurant was outstanding. Overall amenities was very good.

I have always considered the Taj a place of comfort, but this stay was shockingly bad from the moment we arrived. After a 22-hour flight, every other hotel’s pre-arranged drivers were waiting with clear signage — yet we were left wandering the airport for over an hour, completely on our own, to find the Taj’s car. We called the Taj numerous times for assistance and finally connected. The most serious issue, however, was the electrical failure in our room, rendering it unusable for many hours forcing us to pack in the dark. We couldn’t shower, couldn’t get ready, and lost our entire morning — left with wet hair, no power, and zero assistance or alternative options from staff. When we tried to address all of this upon checkout, the female concierge was openly rude and visibly annoyed, as though correcting their own billing errors and honoring discounts the hotel advertised was somehow an unreasonable ask. She made us wait while she “called the general manager,” only to return and tell us that he felt simply applying the correct advertised discounts was already a ‘favor’ to us. We were then told the GM would “make it right on our next stay”—a statement that felt dismissive and frankly insulting considering that nothing was done to make this s

This is a nice hotel, it is set a little bit away from walkable locations but if you don't mind that it has a good mix of eating options, a bar with an outside terrace and a rooftop pool.
