The only complaint we had was the state of the couch in the room. It was uneven and the cushions were totally worn out and lumpy. It did not match the other amenities or the overall condition of the property.

Overall it’s Excellent

The room was dirty. Talked to the front desk and they did nothing. The room is right next to a busy road, very loud.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean.

I bought the suite so my wife and I were in one portion of the room and my son would have his own portion of the room. His bed was not comfortable. The pull out couch needs to be replaced by another bed or a murphy bed. All in all, I wish I would have just got a normal room with 2 queen beds. Staff did give us a topper which didn’t really help. Breakfast in morning was pretty good.

Check in very kind the rest of the staff doesn’t look at you to greet you. Absolutely need a customer service class with name tags they wear their normal clothes.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and tranquil. Staff was very attentive. Loved the breakfast choices especially the omelets.

Wonderful property! I always love the Embassy Suites. This room has a beautiful view, great breakfast and wonderful staff.

This hotel was in a great location just off the exit near restaurants and shopping but quiet and safe. We came for a concert in West Valley City and appreciated it. The room was large and clean with beds separate ftom the seating and kitchenette type area, and it had everything we could want. It was nice that breakfast was available later than most on the weekends. The hotel restaurant menu looked delicious, too. We'll be staying again.
