The room was warm, comfortable and very clean

Second visit and clean,quiet and easily accessible to UNE where my daughter lives

A last minute stay ( booked less than an hour before arrival), due to bad weather on our road trip home to QLD. Great value, quiet but central location, a few minutes from shops & restaurants. Clean, neat, tidy. Electric blankets and kitchen items were a handy bonus. A few steps up to our room but no issue for us.

The room was a great size, but shower needs de molding and curtins were not hung well. Linen and towels were wonderful and soft.it also had a smell to the room.

Happy with all aspects of the stay, including the greeting upon arrival. The basin flickmixer tap was very loose, just needs tightening and all would be great. Thanks
