I booked the hotel as a day room until a midnight flight from Delhi, inadvertently selecting single occupancy which is my hotels.com default. I immediately realized and attempted to adjust but the booking was non refundable. I asked the check in staff to allow me to pay in the difference and they were unobliging. Hotel.com agent was phenomenal attempting to negotiate with the hotel on my behalf. They were adamant and eventually I paid in the difference directly to the hotel. An hour wasted in a lobby when all I wanted was rest. The lobby was probably the best place to be because when we got to the Premium King room it was filthy, has exactly 2 bath towels, no others. No gowns or slippers as advertised.The best part was the half roll of toilet paper, of which I did not even attempt to ask for more as I was still waiting for IT to come as promised to assist with the WIFI which never worked. This is certainly not a 4* Hotel as advertised
