My vehicle was moved in the parking lot without permission, lock damaged, safe didn’t work, receptionist didn’t do anything about it after promising she would, location is scruffy yet perfect! Close to everything a traveler could need, and the market as well. Just make sure you turn the alarm of your vehicle on.

Kahvaltısı çok çeşitliydi. Çalışanları ilgili, odaşar tertemizdi.

Otelde tamir işleri vardı benimle tam ilgilenmediler. Otelde klimalar çalışmıyor. Odalar hamam gibi hotelçarede bulmadı rezalet bir ortam var.

Oda geniş ve ferah. Tüm havlu yatak çarşaf vs tertemiz. Kahvaltı alanı geniş ve menü taze ve zengin. Ekstra talepler hızlı şekilde yerine getiriliyor. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Konum olarak çok merkezi noktada. Turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark sorunu yok. Genel olarak Konya'nın genelinde otopark sorunu yaşamadım.

This is the second Ramada I stayed and I am impressed by the consistency in service. The hotel room was nice and clean, bathrooms clean. The staff were very kind and catered to all our requests. We found our room to be too hot and when we told them, they managed to reduce the heat for us even though it was a central heating system. Special thanks to the staff between 21st March and 23rd March. Excellent service. I am now a future Ramada guest for sure! Thank you for adding to our great experience in Konya.

At check in I had an issue with my room which was all resolved and I was upgraded. Dildara at the desk made the entire process really smooth she went up and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and checked in on me to ensure I was still happy. This made my entire stay extremely pleasant. Customer service is excellent. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice too. Room was of a great size it was cleaned regularly water was replaced daily too as well as teas and coffees. Breakfast was great. This was my 2nd time staying here and there definitely will be a Third.
