I have been visiting this property for more than a decade..! However , this time experience was very disappointing.

Accommodative and friendly staff, good food.. rooms that they gave us were large and had a great view..nice place to relax

Over all

It is situated a bit inside from the main road and away from vehicle sounds however the interior road is in a bad shape and is not maintained. Overall service is not up to the mark considering it is rated as a top rated resort in Somvarpet. The facilities are good and the food is tasty, however, customer service especially from the reception desk and house keeping needs to be improved.

Located in an expansive coffee estate; good pool; Excellent service;large rooms but need some maintenance

Pretty disappointing stay. Maintenance and service were quite ordinary barring couple of exceptions...Krishnan at the front desk, Raghav at the spa and Manikanta at the restaurant were fabulous. Food was less than ordinary...Not good value for money. WIll think twice before i book here next time. Pricey as Taj Madikeri but no comparison to the quality of service

Very Worst Experience. Horrible. Pathetic service

We stayed here for 3nights and had a very memorable experience. The staffs are very helpful and they always greet you and welcome with a smile. The head chef Mr. Nandakumar would prepare something very special for the taste of my 2yr old. They always would keep asking if we need anything apart from the menu for us or for our little one. Had a fabulous stay. Great property, lovely and spacious rooms. The only sad thing was the yoga instructor was not available throughout our stay, which we were very keen on. Else best place to relax and unwind.

Très bonne étape sur la route de Mysore, au milieu des plantations de café. Accueil agréable, visite "sur mesure " de la plantation, repas varié et personnel attentif.

It was a wonderful experience staying in The windflower resorts amidst so much of greenery. The staff were very courteous as well. They took care of our driver also like gave him breakfast, lunch etc which was good. I wanted to buy some spices directly from them such as fresh green peppers. But I couldn't. That was slightly disappointing. Overall the stay was fantastic.

We stayed for just 1 night at the windflower & it was just great . The resort is 2 kms deep in the coffee jungle . Even though the approach road is too narrow & muddy but once inside the resort you are in lap of mother nature. The rooms are very clean & staff very pleasing . But the food was quite below our expectations...they can improve on that part ...else full marks to windflower.

We stayed 3 nights in the Windflower in Coorg and had an excellent stay. Great service and very comfortable rooms . Location was really good. Food was great
