Great overnight stop over en route to Cornwall. We have been staying here once or twice a year for the last 5 years and really cannot fault the service we receive from Alex and all the team at The Globe. We will be back ☺️

Great pub with accommodation Food was excellent good selection of beer Room was comfortable, newly refurbished bathroom EV charging available at a reasonable rate

all staff polite and sky sports coverage a bonus for myself, will return

Convenient location, nice size room (mattress a bit soft for me but just my preference), good food both evening meal and breakfast.

Loved our stay here! They made my daughters birthday fantastic. Coming out with a cake and a card in the morning it was fantastic. Staff where brilliant friendly. Food was fabulous for breakfast and evening. It was only 10mins from where we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice family operated Inn with very friendly staff. Great breakfast (freshly cooked and also fresh fruit, e.g. different kinds of melons, mandarines). Unfortunately we spent only 1 night here on our round trip.

The photos gave the impression of superior rooms but the room was tired, needed a new carpet and decorating. Sash windows, road just outside and over a busy bar. Why 4 then? I'm a bit soft. Staff were great, diets catered for and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent.

Nice place to stay & eat. Friendly staff. I didm’t have a good sleep due to the road noise.

The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff are very passionate, great service, very natural. The USA burger was amazing and the lovely lady on breakfast duty was so sweet. Breakfast was delicious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good, especially the breakfast. We stayed in a room with a four poster bed, it was very roomy but Sadly the mattress was too hard for us.

What a lovely little find for a pit stop with the family. Literally 2 minutes off the M5. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Food was fab (their coleslaw is amazing). Play area in beer garden is very safe and secure, kept the kids occupied. Room was clean and quiet. Thank you 😃
