Viajamos para celebrar cumpleaños en pareja, para llegar tienes que estacionarte muy lejos de la ubicación y pagar tu transporte de ida y vuelta. En la habitación había pelo en el lavabo y restos de barba en el espejo de aumento, y la ropa de cama fue premium en algún momento, pero era vieja, las toallas duras y delgadas de tanto uso, la colcha tenia hasta bolitas en la tela y ya muy delgada, las almohadas eran demasiado altas y sin forma. Tuve que dormir sin ella. Por la noche el ruido es insoportable de los bares de abajo, en otros hoteles de la zona no se escucha a ese nivel el ruido exterior. En el área de la alberca el primer dia la temperatura deliciosa del agua, pero al día siguiente estaba fría y no funciono el jacuzzí. Ademas de que no limpiaron bien la regadera estaba llena de plumas de paloma, alrededor de la alberca había una piña de decoración de bebida de la noche anterior llena de hormigas y en el área del fondo había cucarachas muertas. Lo bueno que tiene es la ubicación, el hotel esta muy bonito, sobre todo el personal es muy amable y atento, la comida deliciosa.

Loved hotel and nice location

Increíble lugar para hospedarse todos son muy amables en este lugar lo recomiendo muchísimo está a unos pasos del jardín y teatro Juárez de la ciudad de Guanajuato, todo limpio inclusive los almuerzos y desayunos de lo mejor, cuando hagan su reservación llamen al hotel para que vayan por ustedes a un punto de la ciudad para que les indiquen como llegar y ellos les ayuden !!! Felices vacaciones

Nice hotel

We were shocked that this hotel was rated so highly. A few major issues: (1) upon arrival, I was required to pay an additional fee of 400 pesos as my Expedia reservation stated that only one guest was arriving when we were two. The reservation was for a king suite - so it didn’t make any sense and felt like something you might expect 20 years ago. (2) the air in the lobby seemed perfumed which was not pleasant, (3) the room had windows only towards the interior atrium, (4) the bed was rock hard, (5) there were no outlets on one side of the bed. Overall it felt like a cheap hotel from the quality of furnishings.

The location is the best. All famous attractions are walking distance. The spa was so good, thank you to Irma and Yvonne I believe for a great massage and taking us so late notice. I initially had taken the Deluxe king but I feel that was not my type of room and thanks to the staff for letting us upgrade to a better room. Overall liked it so much. And if you desire to give a serenade you can with a balcony room. Thanks to the girl that helped me get the mariachis that same night. Thanks to the maintenance guy, and to all staff at the desk, even the housekeepers, You guys made my stay more enjoyable.

The room is large enough to accommodate 3 people and the breakfast is good as well as the service. We asked the front desk for more bottles of water but was told there was no water. The bath towels look not very clean.

The hotel location is excellent, the breakfast is also very good, the only complaint we had is the small bathroom sink, no place to put personal toilet items. Rooms are little old.

My husband and I loved our stay here. We enjoyed the breakfast everyday, the staff is amazing, and it is walkable to all the areas we wanted to go to. Hot tub water was lukewarm and didn’t get hot enough, but that would be the only feedback!
