Very premium property from the moment you walk into reception. The breakfast buffet was of great quality and the staff were amazing throughout the hotel.

Water system broke down.It was fixed however later on the tap water smelled and tasted weird I could not drink it.The room was next to some sort of ventilation machine, It was noisy throughout

Chambre très propre, spacieuse et calme, avec une agréable vue sur la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Petit plus très apprécié : la cafetière Nespresso mise à disposition dans la chambre. La décoration, aussi bien de la chambre que de l’hôtel en général, est moderne et lumineuse.

This is a really lovely hotel. Lovely smiley enthusiastic greeting when booking in from Aga , all the staff are lovely here everyone. Room was reasonable size, clean, lovely bed. Breakfast is outstanding an excellent selection of anything you need. Location perfect right on the beach with restaurants next to you if you wish to eat out. I'm not a great hotel reviewer but this one deserves a 5 star review . Thank you Paul and Lucy .

Fabulous location, wonderful friendly staff on reception, comfortable bed and a great shower. Perfect for a short break in the sun.

Anna at reception was quite defensive and lacked customer service skills and communication skills, telling me that my concerns were not something she could do anything about since she just works in reception! I told her that she is the representative of the hotel and should therefore relay my concerns to the management. The entire layout of the hotel is bizarre, inconvenient, and unsafe, particularly for older guests, of which there are many. In fact, I would say the majority of the guests are 60 or 65+. The reception area is like a small island surrounded by steps, which is absolutely ridiculous and should not be allowed in this day and age. On my floor (2nd floor), there was a whole corridor of rooms at one end that are only accessible by going up/down seven steps and no other way for those guests to reach their room or get to the elevator! This may also be the case on other floors and simply should not be allowed for reasons of accessibility. I found an elderly lady struggling to bring her big heavy suitcase down those steps to get to the elevator so helped her, but the design of the hotel is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, in my room, the phone was not working and then I found that it was not even plugged in and no one had checked this. A technician came to fix it and also to raise a large and heavy ceramic lamp that was hanging directly over the phone and which hit me on the head! The sink is in the room, instead of in the bathroom, which is also ridiculous.

Jag vill lyfta fram den fantastiska personalen som båda var snabba och hjälpsamma. Från att jag hade en toalettdörr som krånglade (fixade de direkt) till att ge tips om utflyktsmål och restauranger. Sängarna är sköna och frukostbuffén är bra. Mysig takterrass! Att de inte får full pott beror på att det är lyhört, något slitet och att det glutenfria utbudet är minimalt. Ta med eget glutenfritt bröd!

Hotellet låg fint vid stranden. Tyvärr fick vi rum mot bakgatan, så utsikten var inte så rolig. Då det var lågsäsong, var poolen inte uppvärmd, så inget badande. Rummen var helt ok, rymliga och välstädade. God frukost, med stor variation. Dock var utbudet av glutenfritt bröd inte så tilltalande.
