Residence "green" ottimamente tenuto. In posizione strategica per raggiungere le più belle spiagge della zona. Appartamento ampio, curato e ben attrezzato, con vista mare. Gestori educati, preparati e disponibili. Da migliorare: aria condizionata a pagamento ed appartamenti (sicuramente il mio) non raggiunti da wifi disponibile solo presso la zona reception. Consigliato!

Complesso di appartamenti vicino al mare in posizione rialzata con una bella vista sul porto turistico. Zona tranquilla, titolari disponibili. Ideale per famiglie. Posizione strategica anche per girare le spiagge della zona. A 2 km da Villasimius dove ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi, ecc. ecc. Consigliato.

This place was perfect for our couples trip. The apartment was large, very clean and even had a bbq. The balcony is huge and we had an amazing view of the sea. The owner doesn't speak English, but is very nice and friendly and we managed to understand everything. The pool was great and clean as well, if a little chilly. You need to buy washing up liquid and loo roll, and make your own beds, but this didn't bother us at all. The place isn't super fancy, but is perfect for a quiet get away, with all the space and appliances you need to cook for yourself. There is a big supermarket a 5 minute drive away. You definitely need a car for this area, the best beaches were again about a 7 minutes drive away, too far to walk. But it is much nicer staying on the outskirts of town. There is also only wifi by reception. We thought this place was fantastic value for what we paid.

Residence composto da vari appartamenti, alcuni di questi con vista mare ed altri con vista giardino. L'appartamento oggetto della recensione è un bilocale con vista mare, decisamente grande rispetto allo standard attuale, in ottima posizione, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e di uno splendido terrazzo con vista panoramica. Il giardino è meravigliosamente curato e la piscina completa egregiamente il quadro.

Ottima struttura in un bellissimo contesto a pochi passi dal mare. Sarebbe utile una segnaletica illuminata lungo la strada al di fuori dal residence. E' comunque indispensabile una macchina per recarsi nel centro di Villasimius per spese od altro. Titolare gentile e disponibile. All'arrivo vengono consegnati la biancheria per il letto e gli asciugamani e bisogna provvedere da sè per tutte le necessità.

Appartamento perfettamente rispondente a quanto preannunciato. Proprietari gentili e disponibili di fronte ad ogni richiesta. Fresco di notte per cui non c'è stato neanche bisogno dell'A/C. Il posto è realmente a 300mt dal mare che, in tutta la zona, è bellissimo sia andando verso Cagliari che in Costa Rei. Unico neo che la spiaggia sotto il residence è stretta, ma la zona è ricca di tantissime spiagge. In due settimane abbiamo cambiato spiaggia oggi giorno (una più bella dell'altra) facendo al massimo 30' di auto.

Appartamento confortevole con un ampia zona giorno e un giardino attrezzato con tavolo barbecue x mangiare all'aperto. Vicinissimo alle spiagge, tutte raggiungi ili in bici.

tout m'a plu et surtout la vue sur mer , la terrasse, la propreté, la piscine, le superbe jardin. La Sardaigne est magnifique, Villasimius est fait pour les amoureux de la nature et des belles plages à l'eau cristalline. L'appartement est fonctionnel, je suis enchantée par mon séjour

Residence confortevole e tranquillo. Relax assicurato. L'appartamento ottimo anche più grande di quanto ci aspettassimo. Il proprietario ben disponibile e molto riservato. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere facilmente tutte le spiaggie di Villasimius.

Basic standard accommodation in need of a little attention but worth it for the price and location.

I feel compelled to write a review after my recent stay at Residence la Chimera. We finally got to the hotel 4 hours after landing at Cagliari Airport. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm to find no one at the front desk to greet us. We tried calling the number on the Expedia website and the phone just rang with no answer. (the website says check-in from 4pm) We kept ringing every now and again and finally got an answer from the owner (who cannot speak a word of English) at around 4:30pm. Please steer clear from this hotel if you can't speak Italian and there is no communication whatsoever. Even the room information is only in Italian! The owner then proceeded to give us towels and sheets and led us to our room. I was shocked to find out that we had to make our own beds!!!!! This is no hotel! Even though the owner could see I had a broken leg, he led us to the room furthest away from the pool and carpark. The room was clean but was never cleaned during our stay (website says cleaning once per stay). We had to buy all the basic cleaning products including washing up liquid and kitchen and bathroom cleaner sponges We had no idea where the nearest beaches and restaurants were. We had to discover everything on our own, and frustratingly, we couldn't even get a sunbed on the nearest beach (Campulongu) as the Italians seem to reserve these in advance. So they sent us away - broken leg and all!!! The area is stunning but make sure you know the area well if you are to stay here

Have just spent 5 nights at the Residence la Chimera and had a lovely time. It was end of season and we were the only ones there! The weather was also fantastic, very warm and sunny, with quite a lot of wind. The owner was really kind and helpful, despite not speaking any English and our very limited understanding of Italian. The apartment was basic but lovely and had everything we needed. Location was good, a 10 min walk from a small beach but the best beaches a short drive away, as was the town of Villasimius. All in all we had a great time here, and would highly recommend.
