My stay was generally good with the big exception and disappointment that the public bath was not in service during my entire stay. This was the big reason I booked this hotel (knowing that Mitsui Garden has nice public baths). I feel I should have been told this before booking.

Hotel is modern and comfortable. Price is very reasonable and happy to stay in this relatively higher class hotel. But was surprised they charge still for the parking and at that time the top floors facilities are reconstruction so not available. They should accommodate the parking since they are missing some of the services.

The hotel is very clean and updated. The staff were very good and friendly.

朝食がメニュー豊富

一切都很完美，除了WIFI速度跟穩定度不夠外。

予約のときは少し狭いかな。と思いましたが、130の子供と３人でも大丈夫でした。余裕があるわけではありませんでしたが。 これからリニューアル工事するとのことでしたが、全然問題なしでした。 大浴場もあり旅の疲れをとるのにありがたかったです。ただ、洗い場が少し少なく、順番待ちだったのは残念でした。 一方、部屋の浴室も広くて使いたいな。と思いました。 しかし時間がなく諦めました。 あと残念だったのは部屋置きコップにルージュが残っていたことです。 しかし、おもてなしも気持ちよく対応していただき、朝食も美味しくいただき、全般的にはとても満足しました。 また次回も宿泊したいと思います。

格式高め(値段に鑑み)と思っていたら、自動受付で、アメニティは自分で取るスタイルだったためビジネスホテル感が強く、悪い意味で驚きました。 部屋全体通して清潔感はありつつ、電球が切れる寸前でチカチカしていた。 リネンはとても綺麗だった。

The hotel runs the place since 15 years ago, and we use from 14 years ago. Unfortunately, a few years ago, most of the staffs were changes and new young people stand up at the front desk. They always ask me, " Have you ever visit our hotel?" :( Even though I was visited three times this year. That is why, I feel sad nowadays to visit the one. According to the hotel, they will start renovation so during Jan- April they will close. I hope their renewal open will be to reach up grade service for all customers who would like to visit like second home.
