Great stay

Beautiful resort right in the beach, with lifeguards, paddle boards, and cabanas, hammocks, lounge chairs in the sand and a beach bar. There is also a beautiful heated pool with a swim up bar. There are many choices at the breakfast buffet and the service was great.

Service was exceptional. Specially Los, Estrella, Alexander, Elbert and many others that their empathetic service was very good. Is the great crew of people what makes this place pleasant and superior to many others. I highly recommend it. Thank you Cada Andina, a whale of an awesome vacation and we will be back, that’s for sure. Thank you Expedia.

Posto bellissimo, penso che sia l'unica struttura bella con tutto il confort in zorritos. Hanno tutta una spiaggia privata , il personale super attenti in tutto! Im più c'è sempre un'attività per grandi e piccoli. Super consigliato.

They let guests bring in their own alcohol which was consumed in the swimming pool and they let guests bring in their own food which was equally consumed in the swimming pool, which I found disgusting and unhygienic. In addition, guests turned up with their own loudspeakers playing loud music like reggaeton around the swimming pool. At one point I counted four different loud speakers each playing different music. Whilst this behavior is common in Latin America , this is not what I expect of a four-star hotel. You pay money for some exclusivity and not to be disturbed by other guests behaving in an unrefined fashion. 2nd, in order not to be charged vat as a foreigner you must produc Second, in order not to be charged vat as a foreigner you must produce your proof of entry into the country. My mother-in-law who I was traveling with, entered the country but because of an immigration oversight on the part of the Peruvian authorities, she wasn't provided with a stamp or proof of Entry as a foreigner into Peru, despite the fact she had done nothing wrong and had acted in good faith. She provided her Ecuadorian identification but this was not enough for the hotel. She explained the situation to check out that the Peruvian authorities made a mistake with her Peruvian immigration status and legally could not provide her with proof of Entry...

El hotel estuvo bien solo que está en una zona donde hay poco comercio y es complicado encontrar qué más hacer y/o comer por fuera. Los platos a la carta del hotel dejan mucho que desear pero las instalaciones y el personal es muy bueno.

El personal impecable y muy amable. LAs instalaciones de primera, reciclan material organico de la region para las construcciones que realizan. La gerencia atenta a la labor de colaboradores y necesidades de los huespedes. El desayuno buffet muy bueno, sabores de casa y variado. LA comida a la carta cumple pero no es excelente. Yo esperaba que sea sobresaliente, ya que el norte del pais que caracteriza por su buen comida.

Fuimos de viaje con mi familia y el servicio muy bueno y estuvo acorde a lo que buscábamos como familia
