I cannot believe the reviews on this B&B , as it is not an hotel , I am not being negative but shared bathrooms are not good especially when you have to get dressed in the middle of the night to use the toilets , particularly when dressing gowns and slippers are not provided, my room was very dark and the noise from the floor above was not great . Unfortunately I believed the posted reviews and was very disappointed.

Old building, painting not renewed, Air freshener too strong gives a wrong feeling of not too clean place. When I booked It did not specify that there was not Air condition in the room, and if we wanted to have It you have to pay 20 euros more. Not the dressed up people as you see in the advert. We did not have breakfast but i read that only one beverage was included in the breakfast and you have to pay for the test. The área not too nice. There are not shops or restaurantes close. Bath shared, clean but without hot wAter.

Easy access by bus, owner picked us up as we arrived late, big clean room, has got coffee machine, no food.

Vastaantotto pidettiin ystävällisesti auki vaikka saavuimme vasta kello 21 jälkeen. Huoneet olivat tilavia ja siistejä ja maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sai hyvät yöunet. Rakennus on toiminut munkkiluostarina 300 vuoden ajan 1600-luvun alusta lähtien ja se huokui historiaa. Aamupala oli melko kevyt mutta todisti jälleennsen että Italiassa saa vain erinomaista kahvia.

L accueil s est bien passé …le lieu étant un ancien monastère la déco était dans son jus mais tout était très propre!je recommande cet hôtel

The staff were extremely nice and informative. They were quite flexible as well. The initial room I was offered wasn’t very sound proof as another unit’s music/base could be heard through the walls. The staff offered a quieter room immediately. The washroom is outside the rooms (shared washroom)

What a unique stay!!! Beautiful. Relatively close drive to Venice and to the beaches!

La tranquillità....

Ogni volta che vengo rimango affascinato dalla location e lo stile delle struttura che mi riporta indietro nel tempo...struttura pulita e silenziosa..ottimo per rilassarsi anche per una breve sosta per lavoro.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, top Personal, sehr freundlich. Der Komfort war mittelmäßig, da es keine Klimaanlage gab, und es sehr heiß war. Wenn sie mindestens Fliegengitter an die Fenster angebracht hätten, wären nicht so viele Mücken im Zimmer. Alles andere war gut.

Hotel ad una stella rilassante, ho dormito bene ed il personale è molto gentile. D"estate io ci ho sofferto il caldo e non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto poter accendere un Condizionatore ma comunque mi è piaciuto
