I really enjoyed the hotel. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was great. Only thing I found uncomfortable, which was not the hotels fault, but the amount of panhandlers was crazy. I couldn't walk outside without someone asking for money or a cigarette. The breakfast was wonderful. I didn't catch the evening shift managers name but she was super nice. I went to get drinks and didn't realize I had to have a card, I took cash and she told me not to worry about it it was on the house. She didn't have to do that but it was greatly appreciated. I would stay there again.

It was the perfect place to stay since we went to a show at the Cats Cradle.

I booked one type of room for the space and they gave me the smaller cheaper room without even telling me. When asked they said they ran out of the bigger type of room. I did not check in late. They didn’t offer an apology or refund for the lesser price. The pool was green from algae. Chose this place for the pool but my kids couldn’t even swim. You had to pay for parking which is disclosed in the description but is an inconvenience as well. We aren’t staying in a big city. It’s just Carrboro!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downfall was all rooms did not have a fridge.

A great place to stay close to all the action in Carrboro and Chapel Hill. The bed was comfortable and staff was very helpful.

Perfect location! Walkable to so many things. Quaint little town that is packed with lots to do. I was surprised at how close Carrboro is to UNC campus.

Great place to stay! The only complaints I had were that there was no fridge in the room and they were out of most food when we went to breakfast. But I would definitely stay here again!!

Only hiccup was the fire alarm started blaring about 20 minutes after we got into the room. We had to evacuate the building until the fire department called it clear.

Breakfast was a disaster. No food as it had run out. We stay at Hampton fir free breakfast. It is your selling point.

Seamless check-in, great TV services, comfortable bed and spotless room to crash in.

We checked in late. I only had to pay half price for parking. We checked into the room there was no USB ports to charge our computers. We r in a college town. We then checked out the next morning. We went to the parking garage and my son said there was a homeless person sitting right next to the car. He was very frightened and went back to the front desk within a half hour or so the police came to take the homeless people. I don't know why you people do not have cameras in the garage and outside to stop this. The front desk said that this happens all the time. If someone got hurt because the hotels lack of safety there would b a law suit. The best part is he didn't even give us a discount ticket the parking fee away from us. I'll never stay at your hotel again. Chapel Hill needs to be aware of this.

The Hampton Inn and suites is a gorgeous hotel from the inside and out, the staff wonderfully open hearted and friendly. The only issue I had was the security in the parking garage. I stayed for one night in the designated area for hotel patrons and the next morning. I woke up to find slices of cheese covering my car. After an hour of scrubbing residue off my car I still had to pay for a car wash.

I loved to location, easy to get around to places I enjoy!

The door to the room did not work. It was very hard to enter, close the door once in the room, and very hard to close the door once leaving the room.

Surprisingly great! Its tucked in a corner. We weren't sure what to expect. Beautiful ,clean,higher end finishes! Abby at the front desk was wonderful! Nice,personal service! We will definitely stay again when we visit our son at UNC

Really average accommodations. Room was extremely damp and smelled musty upon arrival. We could feel it on the floor, bedding, etc. Maintenance guy was super friendly and brought us an industrial fan. It did help some but overall it just wasn’t a great stay.
