Nice terrace with nice view, friendly staff!

We stayed in Villa Kate for 4 nights in the top floor balcony room. The host was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a shortcut to the main road on our first night. From the main road, you can walk or take a bus to either side of Dubrovnik with ease, and the buses are very frequent. The room itself was very nice, with ample storage, a good view, great bathroom facilities and effective aircon. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable beds, bathroom clean, shared kitchen was well stocked. Upon arrival host greeted us to the property and offered to take are bags up. Host was very friendly and informative. He offered a welcome refreshment for us to have on the terrace when we arrived. Location was great as it was a 5 minute bus ride to old town.

Very well situated rental. Clean. Niksa is very helpful and responsive! Room was a little smaller than expected, but sufficient for 2. Shared kitchen was helpful.

Loved staying in the classic room! The view from the balcony was beautiful, the area was quiet, and Antonio and his son, the hosts, were incredibly helpful. The only thing I didn’t like were the thin and scratchy sheets and towels (although I still slept like a baby).

Property management were great and very helpful. Location was about a 30 minute walk to the Old Town area.

The apartment was clean. The view was great. The host was very friendly and informative. Short bus ride into Old Town. Would stay again.

If you using public transportation, (Hotel Lero) bus stop is only 200 meters away and only 60 steps, it is easy in town that has A lots of steps. Very easy access. Room was very clean. If we go back to Dubrovnik, we will happily stay in the same place.

The host was very helpful with information about good local restaurant, bus routes to and from old town. Very accommodating on late arrival. I recommend Villa Kate Dadič.

The hotel and the room were pleasant. There is one thing we didn't appreciate at all. Since we were a couple, we kindly asked if there was a possibility to have a double bed instead of 2 single ones (separated by a large border). The owner was annoyed by the question and answered that according to the price we had, we should be satisfied with was he had to offer. A simple "No, we don't, sorry" would have been a lot more appreciated.

Had a great experience at this property! The host was amazing, very kind, helpful, thoughtful, and made sure we were taken care of. The spot is a good walking distance to the Old city, has great beaches around the area. Would definitely recommend!
