Great room, very quiet. Staff was amazing. Right in the heart of all the places to see in QC. Loved our stay.

We loved the uniqueness of this property. Lovely room and decor. Enjoyed the roof top patio. Staff were very helpful in getting our luggage up to our room. This hotel is not for anyone with mobility issues. It’s all steep stairs (even the entrance) with no elevator. I will definitely stay there again.

Very charming hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I really loved the comfort. The location was a bonus, right in the heart! If I could ask for one thing it would be to have a small fridge and access to some ice. Aside from those two small asks, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was very friendly!

Great location

This was definitely a boutique hotel but definitely had the historical ambiance. The checkin and checkout was very simple. The room was a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. It has just the basics..no fridge, water bottles etc. I enjoyed the stay, however, the bathroom was tight and very difficult to lean into the sink to wash my face or brush my teeth. The shower was roomy enough to get washed up.. But if you’re looking for the charm of a historic Quebecois hotel experience, I would suggest staying here.

Close to everything in the old Quebec city. Walking distance from everything. Clean, staff helpful. Parking nearby with the help of staff. And so quiet.

Tenons pour acquis que le bâtiment a été construit en 1876 donc, c’est vieux mais bien entretenu. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et l’entrée principale est difficile d’accès. C’est à considérer pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Par contre, il y a quelques chambres au rez-de-chaussée. En ce qui nous concerne, mon épouse et moi, nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à cet hôtel et nous comptons y retourner.

Parked at city hall. Two minutes walk. Room was clean but cramped for three people As we had to keep the sofa bed open A lot of useless big furniture. Our room has a big fridge with freezer. Big shower but no place to put shampoo or anything. And no place to hold on to. Quiet. Very well situated. Excellent A/C Coffee in the room was good quality. Recommandation. Just two persons

Great location. The staff held our bags for us before checkin and brought them to our room! Only negative was that there were just two flat pillows on the bed.

Perfect location , comfortable room. No elevator and had two flights of stairs to our room . Not a problem but good for people to know :)

Highly recommend. Effortless check-in, friendly staff, spotlessly clean and excellent location. Good value for money too. Will be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a lovely stay at Hôtel Marie-Rollet in Québec City and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The location is just perfect—only a short walk to Château Frontenac and right in the middle of Old Québec, which makes everything feel so magical and easy to explore. The hotel itself is full of charm, with a beautiful Victorian style that gives it a really warm, cozy feel. It honestly feels like stepping into another time in the best way possible. Our room was absolutely stunning—spotless, comfortable, and decorated with so much care. You can really feel the attention to detail. It’s such a perfect little getaway for couples, super romantic and intimate, but at the same time it felt very welcoming for families too, which is something I really appreciated. Just to note, there’s no breakfast or on-site parking, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. There’s parking literally a 2-minute walk away for about $25 for 24 hours, which worked out great. Staff is very friendly and welcoming⭐️. Overall, we loved everything about this place and would 100% come back. If you’re visiting Québec City, this spot is a gem 💛

Great location especially when walking.

Love this charming hotel and the room was lovely with views and windows that open. Super location! Nice to have fridge on property to use as non in the room. It's been said, but the first few steps in are tricky so be careful. I had to leave for a family emergency and hotel was not willing to provide even a minor credit for the unused night even though I reported it a day before. I believe they had time to rebook the room. That wasn't too nice but overall a sweet spot.

The entrance stairs were shallow, steep and dicey for older folks, but after that initial challenge, the suite was large and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and we were provided great service.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Short walk to most of the historical sites and surrounded by lovely Old Quebec streets to explore and many small restaurants. The high ceiling room is filled with antiques and very quiet with the multiple window coverings (two windows, wooden shutters, and heavy velvet curtains).

The Hotel Marie-Rollett met all of our expectations. It was quaint, unique, clean, quiet and located in the heart of the old city, walkable to restaurants, shopping, historical sites and more. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Underground parking is about half a block away, there are 15 minute parking spots in front of the hotel where you can unload your luggage before parking. The staff was very helpful with baggage and in meeting any requests that we had i.e., extra towels, directions, suggestions. The front stairs leading up to the hotel reception area are a bit steep which is common throughout the area in these older buildings. We would definitely stay there again!

Sensational location. Charming room. One minor issue with the tv…couldn’t lower the volume all the way, even the mute did not kill sound. No big deal. Great stay for three nights!

Parking close and underground, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and informative. Room clean and quaint. Just those stairs to get into the building, steep and narrow steps.
