Very nice boutique in a perfect location in old town. Very walkable to restaurants etc. super helpful staff. Our room was very large with a patio and also a balcony. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice room!! Great bathroom. Staff was fabtastic and always present. Breakfast coffee shop was very nice. Pool very small but on roof. Gym tiny and not much equipment. Location very good for old town. Balcony nice and well done looking over street. Hear city sounds.

The Hotel is situated in a good and safe neighborhood! The interior is beautiful. We had reserved a room for 3 people as a family in a room with a king size bed. All 3 persons were charged for the room. When we came to the room after checking-in, there was no additional bed prepared. We had to tell them to do so. Without being informed previously we were charged 30 $ per night for the bed. This is not a large amount but the lack of information is desturbing. The room is basic, lacking little details like tea cattle. The bathroom is old, the water from the shower comes like a flood and newer really gets warm! Breakfast was basic without a buffet. Overpriced! Housekeeping and house staff was very nice

Fantastic location in the heart of Casco Veijo. Easy to walk around and lots of food options closeby. The hotel dining room menu and coffee shop is excellent! Loved all the amenities. Rooftop pool was fabulous. Each & every staff member was friendly and willing to help.

Outstanding in every way

The hotel although old was well maintained. It was a fun stay. The room was very large and the bathroom was impressive but we did have a few hot water issues. Looked at a few other equivalent hotels while in Panama City, but we were very happy with our pick. Staff was very helpful

The service was impeccable. The staff was very welcoming. They also responded quickly to all of our needs and inquiries expediently and with a friendly demeanor. The rooms were simple and the bed amd pillows comfortable. And the room was cold...in a good way. So often when travelling, one cannot get the temp of the room to a comfortable cold. The location in Casco Viejo was walkable and accessible.

Place was great I did see one cockroach at 3pm in the bathroom but place was clean and I think it was not related to cleanliness but just environment
