The staff were really friendly and helpful! The hotel is in a good location in the heart of downtown, very walkable with a legendary Koshary restaurant just round the corner. Great views from the 15th floor. The rooms are ok, not that clean but the bed and pillows were comfortable.

飛行機の遅延で到着が遅れたが、フロントの方は気持ち良く対応してくれた。しかし、クレジットカードが使えると書かれていたにもかかわらず、使えないと言われ、現金をかき集めて支払った。朝食は簡単なもので問題ないが、パンが汚れたお盆の上に直接置かれて出されたのは不衛生である。皿の上に置いて欲しかった。空港との送迎を依頼して、問題なく送迎してもらえた。

Isis Hotel 2 is a very good option for those who want a simple but secure and centrally located hotel. All rooms are on the top floors of a high rise building so views are spectacular of the Nile and Cairo. Maybe I got lucky but the view alone was worth the price! The room was old and could use renovation but it was clean and quiet from the inside. I prefer having natural air so I had my window opened which let in a lot of the busy traffic below. The room does have A/C and TV but I didn't use either. The bathroom was big enough and had a small tub/shower. I didn't need hot water so do not know if the hotel has it, or not. The staff was always friendly and a great source for tours and taxi rides. Their prices seemed lower than other places I went to. I definitely suggest getting a taxi from them for airport, they charge significantly less than taxis in the street or other tour agencies. The location was the main reason I chose Isis 2, because you are only 5min walk to Metro and 10min to River Nile. Plenty of shopping and food around the building. Overall, I was very satisfied with Isis 2. The pricing and location are unbeatable in my opinion.

It’s was bad the air condition is worthy and smells is bad every thing is not god for any one you can’t sleep you because you will hear some voice from air conditioning and bath room

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY. The hotel is kept clean daily. They made me feel at home. This is my new go to spot when visiting Cairo

The room we got was super dirty: we can wipe the dust from refrigerator, bathtub, sink, table. Blanket, drape, pillow weren't clean at all. On listing through Orbit, we supposed to have free breakfast, however, the hotel didn't offer any breakfast at all to all guests. Check in time listed at 6am, however, the front desk seemed doubt for this information until we show the booking. Maybe for this reason, he gave us the room that wasn't in use for a long time. We have no choice to check out earlier because we short of time and can't speak their language to request for changing or refund. We booked this hotel for the rate of 8.4 on Orbit, but this is the first time ever we experienced the untrue rate.

I loved staying here! The beautiful, spacious rooms at the Isis Hotel are a perfect experience within walking distance of remarkable places such as Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. The area around the hotel is very active, in addition to having many restaurants and cafes. 

It was a quick trip, and I did not focus on all the details, but overall, the hotel is cozy and suitable, and the room was convenient for me with a Nile view. The staff was very good and friendly. I think this place deserves a longer trip to enjoy it.
