El personal, atento para dudas pero muy poco eficiente. Tuve problemas con cafetera, tv y me toco llamar 3, 4 veces para q viniera alguien a resolver

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ismael in Santiago! Great Location! Walkable neighborhood! Great breakfast too! Pool was not heated, which was a bummer.

The time we walked into the hotel we were treated like family When ever we need something one of the staff were there to help The breakfast was amazing and the ladies working there made sure we had everything we needed The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable The hotel itself was situated in a great location. Easy to walk to many attractions and surrounded by a variety of restaurants

We loved this hotel. It was a great location: nice park across the street, very little traffic on street in front of hotel, restaurants/cafes/bars near by and subway close. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic with fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, delicious bakery items, etc. Our room was very clean, nice bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Refrigerator in room. We loved to end the day in the rooftop area. We would get a glass of wine from the bar at hotel, sit and enjoy the fantastic view of the city and mountains!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, Marcelo from the front desk has a excellent customer service and very helpful , he answered all my questions.Five stars

O hotel fica em uma região ótima, calma, porém em 2 min andando já está na rua com bares e restaurantes, fica há 8 min andando de uma estação de metrô, e em frente ao um parque bem arborizado. Disponibiliza café da manhã to go , para os dias de passeios que saem bem cedo, ou aeroporto.

The staff was super-friendly & helpful. The location was very central to many sightseeing spots & good restaurants. The common areas were very impressive and security was taken seriously.

Creo que esta sobre valorado, la habitacion muy pequeña da a la calle, la cortina no tapa todo y se escucha l ruido de las voces y autos al pasar

Great location but rooms are small with very small bathroom. Liked the breakfast. Expensive compared with other hotels which offer more at this price.

Very well located, with good breakfast food but small rooms, and few amenities. Nice to be next to a big park and close to restaurants. For the price, I would have preferred a bigger room with a bigger bathroom.

Ótima localização, quarto um pouco pequeno mas bem confortável. Único incômodo que tive é que a água do chuveiro alagava o banheiro. Café da manhã tb é muito bom !!

Hotel muito bem localizado, más a cama muito velha e não limpiaran o quarto! As artes nas paredes remetiendo a teoría WOKE( não gustamos)
