Awesome stay, family run, amazing family

Ein mit viel Liebe geführtes Familiäres Hotel. Das macht es im speziellen aus und hat uns sehr wohl fühlen lassen. Es ist nicht alles perfekt aber es ist sehr sauber und ist nichts defekt und es gibt keine Reparaturstau.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful pool, great hospitality and staff.

We had to stay at this property unexpectedly after our other accommodations fell through and we discovered a gem! The owner greeted us and checked us in early upon arrival. She was so welcoming and helpful! The vibe of the property is chill and relaxing 😌 We enjoyed a wonderful lunch by the pool (they grow their own vegetables!) and a great dinner at the restaurant on site. My only regret was not staying longer! I 100% recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay for one night, and found the hotel to be quiet, comfortable, and serene. The check-in was very quick and easy, followed by a restaurant right on site that does a wonderful dinner as well as a complimentary Italian breakfast. The pool is cozy and received plenty of sunlight, and the room was comfortable along with a top notch A/C and a stocked mini fridge. We’ll certainly stay again next time we’re in town

An sich sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. 4 Sterne finde ich allerdings etwas viel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eigentlich nur ein Tisch voll, leider nicht wirklich viel, Auswahl. etwas Gemüse könnte hier auch dabei sind oder Rührei etc. Sehr schade, dass das Wasser beim Frühstück nur zum Schein in die Glasflaschen abgefüllt ist. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto vor Ort. Die Zimmer sind vollkommen ausreichend und sehr sauber, hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und stinkt etwas nach Algen. Ansonsten kann man sich nicht beschweren. Pool Service haben wir keinen gesehen wir überall drin steht.

We ended our Europe trip with a week at Hotel Borgo di Santa Barbara and it was the perfect choice. The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, a great place to unwind. You can relax by the pool or head to Tropea beach, which is just a short drive away. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a variety of options, many of them homemade. The family who owns and runs the hotel is incredibly welcoming and their hospitality really stands out. Everything was also very clean and well taken care of. We had such a wonderful stay and would love to return someday.

Family property . All made you feel comfortable and welcome from breakfast with Mom to dinner with her son Fabio- and his beautiful wife and baby girl. Lovely travel experience. Even in the rain!

Todella siisti hotelli ja mahtava henkilökunta. Uima-allas ok, vähäisellä käytöllä vielä toukokuussa. Tarvitset auton tai skootterin liikkumiseen, henkilökunta kyllä auttaa keksimään tekemistä jos omat ideat loppuu. Hyvä ruokaravintola. Huone siisti, mutta aika pieni, terassi antoi lisätilaa koti-iltaan. Junarata ihan vieressä, huom jos olet huono nukkuja (vähän liikennöity kuitenkin).

This place is run by a family of hard working people and staff the place was immaculate we stayed 6 days best stay in Italy so far after 6 weeks travelling highly recommend this place

Beautiful accomodations with amazing restaurant and very friendly stuff.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Borgo di Santa Barbara and I can't express how wonderful our experience was! From the moment we arrived, the staff (special thanks to Martina, Aurelio, and Barbara) was pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The restaurant on the hotel's property was nothing short of amazing. It was our chosen spot for both breakfasts and dinners while staying at Borgo di Santa Barbara. Overall, my stay at Borgo di Santa Barbara exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with fantastic food and outstanding service! Peter

Staff and owners were amazing. Great day trips provided at a great value. Walking at night not possible walking is very hilly, but very enjoyable. Great location, especially if you have a vehicle if you don’t know bus service available walking is your alternative.
