This hotel was an amazing retreat during our month long city hopping trip. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, right next to laundry room, excellent breakfast, and even had a private balcony where we would sit each night and reflect on the day. Very close to train station and grocery store, plus our host gave us a handy map to use. Train/bus is very easy to use in Interlaken, so sites were very easy to access and the hotel gave us a card we could use for free local public transport. The hotel itself is quite beautiful and had several common sitting areas available to use. All in all, would highly recommend.

it was not a pleasant experience. We booked 3 nights at that hotel. The room had a very weird smell and we talked to the front desk, were told that no other room could be switched. We had to stay there for one night and cancelled the remaining 2 nights of stay.

The hotel is closed to Interlaken West station, thus is pretty convenience to travel around Interlaken.

It's a quiet and safe place. Beautiful views from the room. We could see the snow ridged mountain from the window of our room. Breakfast buffet contained healthy and sumptuous items

Everything was good. Walkable town and easy access to travel to others town. Hotel room and toilet was clean. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent older, small hotel convenient to Interlaken West station and shopping and restaurants.

The hotel provides parking spaces and breakfast. breakfast is good but unlike the other hotel, no food/drink is allowed to leave the dining room. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is a very old building with a lot of old and special decoration.

1. no A/C 2. Breakfast was terrible compare with others with same price category hotel 3. Room is so small than average others 4 .Over charged $ 519.74 So I want money back I’m member of Expedia

The hotel is in a very quiet area away from tourist spots but only a 5-7 minute walk from the train station so it was very convenient. The hotel garden was absolutely beautiful!

NO A/C just lucky that the property was very close to the train station.

Last time we were in Interlaken, we stayed at hotel Bernehof which we loved. When we tried to book there again they were not taking bookings. This was second choice. Our room was fine, but the bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was poor-poor selection of items and the ‘hot’ element was congealed scrambled egg and unappealing beans in tomato sauce. The coffee was weak and one morning, cold.

Room is ok, it’s summer July, they provided thick blankets, but it’s so hot, no air conditioning, lots of bugs keep on coming into the bathroom because windows open all the time because it’s hot no airconditioning. Elevator was so narrow and too small can barely fit 2 person, very few selections of food on breakfast. No ramp for luggage, needs to carry heavy luggage on the stairs. We asked the guy if he can call a taxi for us but said just take a walk anyway it’s only 10 mins.

Very accommodating....we had asked to stay on the north or Eastside of the building due to the extreme heat in Europe and we were accommodated. 6 min. walk from Interlaken West train station. Has a washer and dryer available.

駅からも近く趣のある素敵なホテルでした。新しくはありませんが、全てが整えられており気持ちよく滞在ができました。スタッフも親しみやすく、心地が良かったです。残念な点としては、タオルやシーツが使い古されており、ほころびていたら、穴が空いていたりしていたことです。
