L'hotel ha un bel parcheggio e un apprezzabile parco. Le parti comuni e l'ingresso sono belle, ampie ed il personale molto cordiale, gentile, efficiente e simpatico, veramente fa la differenza. La moquette dei corridoi del primo piano leggermente consunta ma ben mantenuta. Le stanze, evidentemente di vecchia concezione, nonostante un chiaro tentativo di rimodernizzazione risultano anguste, poco comode e con arredi discutibili. I cuscini sono tra i piu' fini che abbia mai visto (ne ho dovuti chiedere 4 extra), gli asciugamani sono vecchi e poco gradevoli, non logori o usurati, solo troppo leggeri e poco lussuosi. A mio parere delle spugne piu' voluminose e morbide farebbero la differenza. Stupefacente la scelta di offrire saponette individuali invece di ben piu' moderni e pratici dispenser. Ricorda molto gli hotel a 2 e 3 stelle stile anni 90, la scelta di offrire i vari vanity kit e un tubetto di body lotion (??!?!) . Apprezzabilissima la possibilita' di poter portare i propri cagnolini che tra l'altro ricevono un gradevolissimo benvenuto dal personale della reception, che , mi ripeto, e' stato veramente apprezzabile, gentile e ha fatto la differenza.

tutto perfetto,possono migliorare con il materasso, diviso in due singoli, in uno matrimoniale, per evitare di sprofondare in mezzo all'unione dei due. Però molto bella la colazione

Rooms are old and the one we had was too noisy and busy specially in the mornings and night when you need to sleep and rest.

Professional staff. Nice property, very clean, well appointed room. On site restaurant. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The lobby level is quite attractive. The bar/lounge is non-existent. The superior room is rather small and the bathroom, while beautiful is very narrow and the shower head leaked. The bedroom carpet had what looked like a large bleach stain. Carpet in the upstairs hall appeared dirty. Overall judged high on initial appearance and low on maintenance.

Für den Preis ist die Qualität gut. Nur das Frühstück fand ich nicht ansprechend. Es gab viel süßes und Kuchen und sehr wenig Alternativen an herzhaftem

Clean, quiet, met my expectations.

This was a most beautiful place to stay, very friendly staff and a great breakfast. The rooms were quite nice and included a balcony. It would have been nice to spend more time at the hotel, yet we were passing through so didn't get to enjoy all it had to offer as much as we would have liked.

Restaurant closed on sunday due to lack of staff, room service advertised 7 days but no luck. Expidia pic shows balcony with sun launcher and bath / spa. But that only comes with the blue suite. Rooms looked newly refurbished and are great same bathroom. Overall great stay as reception offered different dinneing places

Tutto ok alsolo stanza calda e aria condizionata non funzionante

Albergo buono, camere pulite e nuove (tranne la moquette, un po' usurata...), bagno non grande ma nuovo e pulito. La colazione abbondante e abbastanza varia, qualitàmedia. Sarebbe stato meglio che anche per alcuni cibi (pan cake, brioche) ci fossero stati fornetti x scaldare o contenitori oer mantenerli caldi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile anche a fornire informazioni per le attività da fare in loco.

Worst place i ve stayed in Italy. We stayed here for only one night. When we checked in my wife asked for an iron: they said they don t have iron in the rooms and they can t provide one and they said that we can use the laundry room to iron our clothes but it was closed on Sunday. So we got up Monday morning and my wife goes to the concierge for the iron and they say they can t help we are checking out in couple of hours. I have stayed in thousands of hotels and that was the first time i am facing such a treatment.

Lovely hotel

Value for money in a beautiful art deco building. Close to train and bus, both about 20 minutes from Bologna Central. High ceilings, individual balconies overlooking lush gardens with fountain and waterfall. Central dining/breakfast area nicely appointed, but only the one area, plus and outside casual dining area not available when we visited in May 25. Breakfast is included. Rooms are small but clean. Village shops and restaurants are still gearing up for summer with many renovations going on, and the train line undergoing some sort of major construction. Easy to envisage it thriving in a few months time.
