Staff was very helpful- hot tub was nice - but sunday nite restaurant was close. Overall-great experience

The hotel was ok but they took 250$ security deposit. I understand it is refundable but it was not mentioned anywhere while booking a room

The bathtub was slippery and the shower temperature.pressure was poor. The pillows were of poor quality and the mattress wasn't the best quality. We weren't able to take advantage of the pool because it rained during our stay. Otherwise rooms were clean, other provisions were good. Appreciated the basics like mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board, etc.

Property is ok. My issue was with the AC unit. It was very loud and would keep waking us up when it would start up again in the night. Also, the the second bed (room had 2 double beds) was too close to the AC unit, which would shoot cold air to the occupant. There was no way to direct the vent. The only option we had was to put a towel over the unit, which helped, but nothing could be done about the noisiness. Mattresses are a bit lumpy, but on the upside, the pillows were very comfortable.

Was surprised by this hotel. It's nothing special, but it was clean and had no issues. Shopping mall and lots of dining options are within 10 minute walk.

Mattress and linen are uncomfortable and outdated, and armchairs in the Urban Rooms are damaged and dangerous. Very disappointing!
