The hallway & room felt damp and had a strong smell of mildew/wet dog. (We were not in a pet friendly room). The hotel room was actually well put together, beds were comfortable & bathroom is nice but the smell is horrible.

Hôtel rénové au goût du jour - mobilier de qualité. Tout est très propre la chambre et les espaces communs. Un peu de bruit (train) mais des bouchons sont fournis. Ce n'a pas été un problème pour moi. Accès à des restaurants à courte distance

Tranquille. On a aimé le gril pour griller nos bagels et nos toasts pour le déjeuner. Lits confortables.

Malheureusement nous avons dû changer de chambre parce la nuit d’avant nous n’avions pas dormi parce que l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. La chaleur était à 23. Mon mari est malade et na pas eu une bonne nuit sans aucune dédommagement.!!!!

We stayed at the Cofortel for 2 nights for a girls trip to Quebec city. We found the beds comfortable, le hotel was clean and renovated and the ground level room with direct parking access was very nice. The only very small negative is the overpowering perfume smell in the lobby. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Bel hôtel sans prétention, bien situé. La possibilité de stationner devant la chambre et d'entrer par la porte extérieure est géniale. On adopte!
