There are a lot of good places to visit and places to eat within walking distance.

Very convenient very quiet, very clean, very friendly staff and accommodations

I would definitely stay here again…and that’s not something I say often.

The Elevator situation was slow. Always a constant line to go up to your floor. The A/C was having a hard keeping up in the common areas. The breakfast was lackluster, as the staff couldn’t keep up with food, silverware, plates and glasses. The set up was not ideal in terms of getting your plate, glass and silverware before grabbing your food. The room was nicely appointed and kept cool. The Staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was ideal and parking was cheaper than other hotel options in the old market area.

I don't recall being informed at check in that the parking garage was $25.00 per night. That would have been helpful information.

Yes nice and clean & tidy staff were very helpful. There was an air condition problem in the foyer & one time of the rooms, but staff were very apologetic.

Great part of the Hyatt property. Brought some friends to Omaha to see the zoo and we stayed a couple of extra days to spend millions of dollars in the Old Market area. Loved it.

Location was great! Very cute part of town with tons of cool restaurants, farmers market, river walk close by, and the Durham museum is super cool!! But the gym has no air conditioning and was about 100 degrees when tried to work out-this is a liability! Good thing there was an Anytime Fitness a few blocks away. The melon served at breakfast was fermented. Super busy breakfast time-be ready for that! Otherwise served its purpose and we had a great trip to Omaha for a wedding.

The Hotel and staff were great. Our only complaint was noisy guests .

Staff gave excellent attention immediately when walked in. I thought the breakfast was getting more "continental". Used to be fresh fruit cut up was more and green and orange cantaloupe with sometimes a few canned pineapple pieces and very few small grapes. Where did the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, go? The eggs were horrible - so artificial that they would not even stay on the spoon. Pre cut up frozen potatoes weree pre cooked so long before serving, they were no taste. Only ONE waffle maker. I can't imagine what it was like during last week's College Baseball tournaments. Sad. Housekeeping was excellent.

There was only AC in the rooms. there was pipes leaking all over the packing garage . at night the parking garage was full of people not staying there on bicycles. One night the elevator didnt work.

Great location. Nice Place. AC was out in lobby 5 days however when heat was 95 outside

The area and hotel were great, but the Air Conditioning system was not working in the lobby and gym areas for our entire stay. Breakfast was served in the lobby, and it was at least 90 degrees in this area. There were a lot of great dining options in walking distance of the hotel.

Great location and parking but the property is in need of some love.

Booked a two queen room thru hotels.com and showed up to sold out hotel with only a king and couch. Hotel manager said this happens all the time thru the app. I’d be embarrassed to work for this company.

This property was very clean and the staff was great. The air conditioning was broke in the lobby and breakfast area. But the room was great.

Comfortable rooms. In down town
