Great location in the countryside. Very peaceful. Facilities were good. Good pubs down the road. The host was very friendly and helpful.

As a frequent visitor to these apartments it’s always clean and well looked after

I arrived late evening and after driving through the security gates pulled up right by the door to my accommodation. The key was in the lock and my name on the door. The kitchen area was very well equipped for cooking and plates and cutlery were in the cupboard. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet location so no traffic noise just a couple of low flying geese.

Arrival was pain free, directions given were spot on. Pet friendly with a pretty lake to walk around to actually stretch the dog's legs. Staff were very welcoming. The apartment faced over fields, with birdlife aplenty. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in for a long time. The shower is larger than expected and works very well, hot water in abundance. The best thing for me is the peace and quiet due to the location. There was a hob, kettle, toaster and a microwave that we didn't use, but would make a multi-day stay more convenient. Can recommend as a place to stay.

A lovely place and so friendly and very welcoming with local businesses and information. A must if in the area and looking for accommodation a must, will be using again next time in the area.

I will stay again, well fitted, good parking, close to pub with food.

Convenient location for showground quiet location. No tea, coffee etc and no soap. Smelt musty and could do with a spring clean

We were there as a base for 2 nights. We were upgraded as the site wasn’t busy. Steve, the Manager, was extremely friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be going again, and next time, for more than 2 nights.

We booked in here the night before we went to see the horse racing at Market Rasen. It was great. You had a lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv and at the other end was oven and electric rings. The bathroom had a shower and sink. Bedroom had a full sized double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was surprised at the size of the apartment (a lot bigger than I thought it would be). It is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the nearby fields, a lovely lake with an island. and surrounded by the beautiful countryside. We met the owner when we were leaving - a really lovely, friendly man. If we go back that way we will definitely book the apartment again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of staying there. 5*****

The shower was very dirty and the glass curtain was thick with dirt and mold. It also smelt very fusty

Great value for money. Wonderful setting, host very helpful. Apartment a little tired, but clean and comfortable.

Really tranquil setting, quiet and lovely views.

Very conveniently located if you’re looking to stay in mid-Lincolnshire and offers great value for money. The room is comfortable and you need to bring toiletries soap etc and don’t expect any extras — no tea bags or coffee, and the WiFi signal is a bit weak (though I used my own portable device). It’s a decent stay as long as you come prepared.

The apartment was perfect for 2 people and a dog.

It was a stop over whilst taking a race car to Cadwell Park race track.
