En este hotel siempre me siento como en casa, todo en orden, limpio, el staff es muy amable y cuidan cada detalle para que la estancia sea placentera. Muy céntrico, abajo estan varios restaurantes con una vista privilegiada llena de arboles y plantas.

Excellent hotel and location

El inodoro no funcionaba a la hora del ingreso. Se pidió que abrieran el gimnasio en la mañana pero nadie aparecio.

Este hotel es buenísimo en todos los aspectos. Super recomendable y con una excelente ubicación.

We had to cancel 48 hours prior and they refused to give us a refund. Very happy that we didn’t stay here. Can only imagine what would’ve happened…

There was no one but check in took a lifetime. Service at restaurants closed at 9pm. Incredible. So sad

We Love this Hotel, is our favorite place while in Bogota, very good breakfast, very nice clean confortable rooms, very convenient location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. best of all they just upgraded the gym, spa, restaurant. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bogota.

We had a great stay. Excellent accomodations, safe location, delicious breakfast. Special shout out to Raul in the dining room, who went above and beyond! Highly recommend.

The hotel was perfect. They didn’t offer me a new room upgrade, even though they had upgrades, but they give me a bottle of wine. It was useless. But all the Hotel is absolutely great and very good staff in a nice place very walkable to everywhere, it blocks from the main mall so I highly recommend recommended.
