For the price it was acceptable. The room was very hot and ac was not available. No fridge either.

Family rooms are not accessible via lift only stairs. Ours was located on the 2nd floor and you could feel the heat as soon as you reached the 2nd floor. The room temperature was dangerous considering we were travelling with a baby. Our baby was overheated the whole night we went to the reception as they had air con there and were advised nothing could be done by a very unhelpful member of staff despite clearly struggling with a baby in her nappy and a kid in vest and pj bottoms. We asked if we could move to another branch of the hotel as we had a car and were told to look it up ourselves. We had 2 small fans in the room however we weren’t offered any additional fans to help cool down or alternative room options. The room was very dated with terrible beds. The twin beds kept sliding apart my kid had to sleep across the bed to not fall down the middle. Breakfast was good and was in an air conditioned area. The location of the hotel was good also however the rooms and the heat of the rooms really let it down. The room didn’t feel super clean I found some hairs in the shower that belonged to another guest. If booked to stay here during the summer months I would change hotel it was unbearable in the heat.

Das Zimmer, war recht groß, im Bad gab es Dusche und Badewanne. Allerdings war das Zimmer recht staubig, vor allem der alte Teppichboden. Handtücher waren nicht ausreichend im Zimmer und beim Waschbecken gab es keine Seife. Das Frühstück war gut. Keine riesengroße Auswahl, aber es reicht allemal um gut satt zu werden. Selbst, wenn die Kinder wählerisch sind. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Das war bei der Buchung ok, dass jetzt 30 Grad waren, ist unser Pech. Das Zimmer lag direkt über der Bar und dem Terrassenbereich. Abends lüften war mit großem Lärm verbunden.

Our family booked two nights with this hotel after spending four nights at two other Fletcher hotels in the Netherlands, and we were VERY disappointed! We arrived to a room that was SIGNIFICANTLY different than the one displayed on EXPEDIA’s site. When we asked for another room or our money back to use at another hotel, our request was denied and we were offered complimentary drinks. Being that it was after 7pm, and we had been on the road all day, we had no option but to stay in this horrible room. They were kind enough to provide an adequate room for the second night, however, they refused to refund us the full amount for the first night, and rather offered us a €40 partial refund. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years with Expedia and sadly, we will no longer be able to use their services after they did not provide the support we needed in this instance. We will also be avoiding the Fletcher family hotels going forward as well. This experience spoiled our last nights in Europe, and we were hoping this could have been dealt with in a more fair manner.

Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het hotel ziet er redelijk goed uit. Leuk dat er ook een restaurant en bar aanwezig was. Alleen wij hadden de kamer voor personen, een appartementje met keuken. Deze is echt gedateerd en niet fris om te verblijven. Voor 1 nacht was het te doen. Maar meubilair moet wcht vervangen worden. De bekleding van de eetstoelen was gescheurd. Bak en feautuils ingezakt. Vloer heeft vlekken, bank heeft vlekken, eettafel was vies. Dw afstandsbediening van tv was kapot, de badkamer was schoon maar ruikt naar urine. Al met al mag er goed gereinigd en is een flinke opknapbeurt nodig

Rooms were clean but very basic. No main light in the room. The coffee and tea facilities weren’t filled up on a daily basis. Breakfast was minimal for the price charged. Bar closed early or wasn’t even open.

We had the 4 bed family room 233 which was very dated, but more like an apartment than hotel room. It was fully furnished with dining table, chairs, sofas and TV as well as a stocked kitchen! The beds were very comfortable and all clean, it was just the decor of the room that let it down in truth. The en suite looked like it was fitted in the 70s, albeit everything worked perfectly so no real complaints. The restaurant was brilliant, staff were very helpful especially with us being English speakers. Breakfast was very good, typical cooked breakfast with continental as a choice. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious, locals eat here too so that was a good sign to me. Overall, the hotel was great for what we needed - a place to sleep after a day at Efteling (7 minutes drive so perfectly located) and eat and evening meal.

Room was fine, hotel and room was a bit dated. A few stains on carpet, and not totally clean. bathroom clean. Pillows very soft but beds fine. Location good

De 4*tiene poco, mejor de 3*,el hotel esta lejos de Tilburg a24 m en coches. Para 4*esta muy pobre. Sin nevera en habitación,.

Il faisait très froid dans la chambre malgré le chauffage d'allumer, et niveau propreté dans la salle de bain j'ai déjà vue mieux.. la décoration de la chambre est assez vieillotte mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé la nuit ici pour nous rendre à Efteling et j'avoue qu'il est pratique de s'y rendre depuis l'hôtel

Was top niks op aan te merken. Kamer/diner/ontbijt top.

De kamer was schoon en netjes. Bij de receptie was een waterkoker te leen, zodat je zelf thee of koffie kon maken op je kamer. Mogelijkheid om fietsen in stalling te plaatsen. Gratis parkeren voor de auto.

Trop chaud dans la chambre, matelas très mou, moquette sale. Personnel sympathique .
