Great hotel if you want a nice chilled holiday

Everything was wonderful except the pillows in the bed.. they were terrible, they had seen there best days and they give me neck restraint. So i was force to buy a pillow on my own. But everything else was perfect! And i will be back.

The hotel was very run down, with broken and dirty furniture. The dinner was not a proper buffet, but a very limited à la carte offering. Overall, the property is nowhere near the advertised 4-star standard.

Boka rum på sidan närmast havet (våning 6 och uppåt) med spabad där ute • Fin takterrass på våning 9, öppet till 00:30 • Jättefint rum, sköna sängar (två enkelsängar ihopskjutna, värt att veta som par!), lyxig känsla • Otrolig solnedgång och natthimmel • Det tar bara några minuter att gå ned då det finns en trappa raka vägen ned till centrum precis vid hotellet • Bra mat/frukost • Hjälpsam personal - • Möblerna hade varit med ett tag, skulle behöva uppdateras • Lite slarvig städning, detaljerna saknades • Sista natten upptäcktes en den kackerlackor, men det är ju så på ön • En bit till havet utan bil eller cykel Helheten är jättebra! Vacker utsikt, fint och stort rum och spabadet på den stora balkongen var underbar! Dock är det värt att vara lite högre upp i huset, på sidan med bättre havsutsikt, mycket på grund av närheten till poolen (en del insyn), men absolut mest för utsikten. Superior juniorsvit med havsutsikt, och be om våning 6 eller högre 🌸

Over all a nice experience, but for the price we expected a bit more. That’s why I can’t give the full 5 stars. 4 stars is still good though :) The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was very good, the beds were comfy and room was clean. Lovely views and a short walk to the mall with lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. However it felt a bit shabby nad due for an upgrade. We stayed in a junior suite and there were rust in the bathroom and the jacuzzi almost fell apart. There were no amenities in the bathroom as I would expect for a hotel of this price. I’ve stayed at hotels with lower stars and always gotten travel sizes with shower gel and shampoo, shower cap, cotton and q-tips and more. Small things, but it still elevates the impression. At this price I would expect this.

Upgrade room on arrival. Huge balcony and jacuzzi bath bonus! Clean and quiet hotel.

Food was excellent. Half board with buffet style starters and desserts with al a carte mains. Staff were always friendly ans attentive.

Outstanding from start to finish. Great communication with hotel. Private transfer arranged by hotel for 65Eur. Warm welcome and clearly explained everything we needed to know at check in. The Junior Suite (high large balcony) was amazing. Very clean, had joined twin beds, nice seating area and kitchenette. The balcony made it extra special, amazing views, jacuzzi bath and sun loungers. The winter sun blazed on the balcony from midday to 5pm. We booked half board and there was a great selection of buffet and also a la carte for dinner. We were there for NYE where the hotel put on a 5 course gala dinner (with lots of wine too). It was such a nice way to celebrate. We used the spa once too, you have to book as it is quite small, but we were lucky and had it all to ourselves. It is a little dated but was nice to relax. All staff were so friendly and helpful. We rarely go back to the same hotel but we will certainly be booking here again for summer!

Bra med kök i rummet, fin utrustning. Fräscht! Nära till allt. Fin takterass med solstolar och bar där inte så många satt. Fint poolområde och god frukost. Spa-delen helt okej.
