Lovely little hotel, lovely food, lovely staff, great location breakfast was brilliant, keeps you going all day, the only thing I would say is our bedroom was a bit dated and of Need of renovation and new carpet, don't no about the other rooms might have just been ours, apart from that a really nice hotel and well worth a visit.

Lovely room with a great view of the dunes leading to the sea. Quiet location but within easy reach of all facilities, Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, lovely breakfast, we didn’t try the restaurant as had plans already made but menu looked good and reasonably priced. Room was cleaned every day and it was good to have parking available.

Everything was great

Lovely family run hotel with great views of the seafront. The room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was big and comfortable. The only negative was the noise from adjoining rooms, snoring from one side & a loud telephone conversation from the other but it is difficult with such an old building. We are in the restaurant and the food was great, wide range of choice & it was hot & tasty. Breakfast was also very good. What made this hotel special was the owners & staff, they were friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit again.

we arrived parked the car in the car park we had a warm welcome from reception. we was given our keys and directions to our rooms.The rooms was clean and fresh and clean sheets nice bathroom.Yorkshire tea winner. We had a pre drink in a lovley bar area we was helped with some local cab numbers. We had a good nights sleep and a very good breakfast. We went for a stroll on the beach. we will be back little gem thanks for a wonderful stay.

The stand out from our stay were the very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very nice and a lovely breakfast each morning. The room was comfortable and the view fabulous, the bathroom a little on the bijou side and no heating but apologies if there was and we just didn't find it!!!

Excellent welcome from Julie. Good rapport with John. Lovely staff. Room okay with a couple of minor electrical glitches. Great breakfasts. Saturday evening meal just okay. Good value and a convenient quiet position but not too fsrxaway from.the centrr.

Nice rooms, excellent breakfast & evening meal. Very friendly, accommodating owners & staff. Dog friendly, even the dog got a sausage at breakfast. 😀... would recommend to anyone visiting Gt Yarmouth....

The welcome was very friendly. The room was spotless, comfy and had everything we needed. Was lovely to be able to sit and look out at the sea. We ate in the restaurant which was very good and again, the staff were really friendly.

Lovely clean room, food was tasty from the restaurant and the bar was a nice area to sit and relax with a nice view of the seafront. I also clumsily left my speaker in the room and they have offered to post it to me which is above and beyond. All the staff were kind and warm. Would definitely recommend

Large king room with sea views. Small bathroom which clean with shower. Staff were all pleasant. There was a whistling from the window in the gale which I reported on leaving.

Excellent stay here, the staff were very accommodating, Espically to my young children. Excellent position on the seafront and a short walk to amenities. The room itself was very clean, warm and cosy. I really appreciated the call, from Paul, earlier in the day to say we could arrive early, it was snowing so we appreciated the warm cosy room. I was told the chef was unwell but having breakfast you would not know it. The hotel catered for all vegetarian, vegan and gluten free needs. A real gem of a find, you can feel it is a family run establishment with a lot of love goes into creating a cosy environment for their guests. Thank you very much, we would love to return 💚
