Hôtel à 20 min à pied de la station de métro qui relie en 20 min le Colisée Parking facile dans celui de l’hôtel ou rues environnantes Petit dej correct mais sans plus Dîner de qualité mais plutôt cher Par contre le confort n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’ibis Styles, matelas très fin, petit drap et fine couette. Beaucoup de petites réparations faciles mais qui permettraient d’améliorer l’expérience client comme réparer la chasse d’eau, douche, poubelle salle de bains… Même pas une bouilloire à disposition pour se faire un peut café ou thé J’apprécie l’enseigne habituellement mais je ne reviendrai pas dans celle ci à Rome

Awful hotel - had to check out and find another - air-conditioning doesn't work - faulty electrics - you could feel the springs in the mattress and squeaked very time you moved.

Ibis styles was the best place I accompdated during my trip in Rome.

Bello come sempre, come da 10 anni a queata parte.. pochi rinnovi. Essenziale. Piuttosto costoso... ai tempi del covid costava molto poco ora se ne approfittano. Anche no.

Punto di forza dell’hotel sicuramente tutto il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile! Non ho gradito molto la pulizia della camera, che risultava approssimativa dato che ho trovato un tappo di bottiglia terra. Lo ho usato solamente perché avevo un volo la mattina presto e diciamo è a circa 20 minuti da FCO, il prezzo pagato nel complesso mi risulta alto per la tipologia di struttura!

Friendly staff, good service, breakfast could be better

The staff is unfriendly, the rooms, at least mine, stank horribly of damp, and the toilets are almost under the shower, with no door. This, besides being unsightly, causes the entire bathroom to flood. I would never stay here again.

Hotel muito bom, Limpeza perfeita café da manhã top. Agora fica um pouco longe do metrô.

Antes del desayuno, uno de los encargados a los gritos, rosando lo "maleducado". No ha sido con nosotros en particular, pero como huesped, uno no tiene porqué soportar este tipo de cosas. La situación se dió porque el desayuno abre oficialmente a las 6:30 AM, eran las 7 Hs, aún no lo abrian y algunas familias tenian que ir al aeropuerto. Entonces, en lugar de pedir disculpas u ofrecer una solución, este encargado del desayuno, les gritapa e increpaba. Finalmente, tuvieron que irse sin desayunar.... Horrible el trato para con los clientes !!!. Habiendo tantos hoteles en Roma, no vale la pena alojarse en este IBIS.
