Hotel restaurant price/quality balance is really good.

Easy to access the tunnel and walk to the nearby shopping mall for dinner.

Bathroom basin plug was jammed and would not allow basin to be emptied. Plug had to be prised out.

This was simply horrific. Arriving so late in the evening to shower get in bed and wake up to a bed covered in bugs was the worst experience. Wiping them off my personas then finding more left in the bed well was like being on I’m a celebrity get me out of here!! After speaking to someone who apparently was a manager with no empathy or even an apology just summed up the hotel.

An absolutely fantastic stay at a hotel a short drive from the channel Tunnel terminal. It was everything we needed, quick to check in, friendly staff, a clean spacious room and a fantastic bed for the night. The room was quiet, a fan was provided and we had a much needed night’s sleep in a very comfy bed. We were a little concerned about security and parking a car, but I would not hesitate to return, or recommend this hotel to others needing an overnight stop in Calais.

Perfect for Eurotunnel.

Exactly what we needed for a one night stay, very close to Le Shuttle. Perfect.

No one on the desk when we arrived. We had to go out for dinner as we couldn’t dine in due to ‘68 others’ eating in. The room was nearly 30 degrees - no air conditioning or even a fan. Bed had a thick duvet on it!!! We took it out of the cover and even then it was still hot in the room despite sleeping with the window open. On the plus side, the place was clean and ideally situated for ‘Le Shuttle’.

We use this hotel regularly when returning to the UK and it has always been an excellent stay, especially the restaurant which has always been very good and reasonably priced. Another added advantage is it is within minutes from ‘Le Shuttle’

An unexpected pleasure. Conveniently located close to Cité D’Europe, Calais centre and the Ferry port.

Perfect stay and great evening meal

Hotel was chosen for its position next to the LeShuttle terminal, given its position I would have been happier (more relaxed) if the carpark had been secure.

Greeting at reception was lovely. Super helpful and efficient. All staff said hello in passing which made us feel very welcome. A brilliant evening stop over if you arrive in France after 10pm and don’t want to drive any further. Also dog friendly. We have two cocker spaniels. Very quiet although when our dogs saw the rabbits - there are loads- they were very vocal!!
