Olor a cañerías en la planta baja donde estaba mi habitación. No me explicaron que había un código para entrar al hotel por la anoche y pasé bastante angustia por unos minutos sin saber que hacer. Poca amabilidad de la recepcionista que se encargaba de abrir de noche. Desayuno muy básico y con bollería industrial. La ubicación está bien pero no lo recomendaría por lo mencionado anteriormente.

Excellent location, actually "glued" to the ramparts of the old town, it's just a short walk to the old town with all attractions, restaurants, museums, and shopping. The personal are very courteous and willing to help.

Location was convenient; hotel staff was kind and accommodating; breakfast was terrific; room was spotlessly clean and provided all that we needed for a wonderful stay.

Cozy, cute and clean. $8 cab ride from the train station. Very close to escalator or elevator up to the main old town. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

Couldn't find any fault with anything about the Medina hotel. Handily placed for both areas of Toledo town. Rooms well equipped and comfortable, and very clean. Staff were polite and very helpful.

El hotel esta viejo, las habitaciones muy pero muy pequeñas, la cama vieja e incomoda, dice que tiene estacionamiento pero al Final tiene pero en la calle, que por lo general esta llena, no es tan facil dejarlo ahi, o hay que aparcar en el del centro de convenciones que esta muy cerca pero que cobran 16 euros diarios, osea que el hotel no tiene estacionamiento es lo que entiendo yo, tiene muy buena ubicación eso si, la atención me pareció un tanto desagradable por que al comentarle al señor De la Recepcion acerca del estacionamiento se molestó, el desayuno es muy sencillo pero sirve, no volvería ni tampoco lo recomendaría.

Nice hotel in Toledo, quiet, clean and friendly personnel. Lovely breakfast with great views over town.

Our room was nice and the location of the hotel was great! Close to the town and we walked from the train station taking about 15 minutes. Also the hotel has a nice view of Toledo! We did have a sewer type smell coming from our bathroom, however, that we thought would dissipate but it didn't unfortunately. Not sure if other rooms had the same situation. The mattresses on the bed were rather hard so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. All in all would stay here again for the location.

The day staff excellent, the night shirt staff the worst.

Der einzige Nachteil den ich hatte war, dass mein Zimmer recht eng war und nur ein sehr kleines Fenster direkt über den Bett auf Gehweghöhe zur Straße raus ging. Dafür hat man beim Frühstücken eine spektakuläre Aussicht.

Bra läge i Toledo. Rent men ganska slitet hotell. Vi betalade kontinental frukost i förväg, frukosten var dock mycket dålig utan färskt bröd och med utspädd apelsinjuice. Vi väljer ett annat hotell vid nästa besök i Toledo.
