Hotel muito bom limpo e prático. Está ao lado da estação de trem que leva aos principais pontos. Vale a pena por estar próximo ao aeroporto com custo benefício excelente.

C'est parfait nous étions satisfait

Very convenient to the train station, airport and close to a good variety of food and shopping. Modern, comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room (not provided) as breakfast isn’t available for anyone who has an early start (before 6am)

AC was terrible, but the staff gave us a better room. The AC still wasn’t good but it was passable. Even for the cheaper price we still expected a bit more. However, staff was great and I did everything to help, perfect location and public transport👍

Terrível . Tentaram entrar no meu quarto 2x. Funcionários grossos, péssimos, horríveis , sem educação , principalmente os que atuam pela manhã . A mulher do café da manhã era insuportável, fala alto demais, grita , me cobrou o café gritando na frente de todo mundo. Não respeitam o não perturbe na porta. Sistema de trem perfeito e na frente do hotel para Barcelona

The staff sometimes seam rude but I can understand that the culture element has to do with the rudeness. But when answered or approached with the same approach they reacted aggressively. The hygiene in the breakfast was bad. The utensils were put upright. So anyone grabbing a fork or spoon would touch with their hands all the other utensils….. waiting for a coffee took for ever. Coffee Machines were not working.

The front desk attention are regularly. Because the girls are not coordinated with as.

Very simple and economical. In walking distance from. Restaurants and shopping.

The room was clean. Staff at the front desk (and the breakfast area) were very helpful. Breakfast was not as expected, neither in quantity nor in quality. The number of staff members - for the number of guests at the hotel - for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was insufficient. There were no plates, no silverware, and no napkings. During the first day, the hotel was full and staff could not keep up with the demand. We had to wait for a long time for more food to be brought out. During the last day, the breakfast area was not well attended by the staff.

We've only stayed at this hotel for a night, to go back home the next day. Still a bit of a drive from the airport and cost $25 Euros for the taxi ride.

Several items were broken. (Mirror cracked on lower end, floor cracked/chipped, towel rack broken, no cups, no microwave, or kettle to boil water for coffee or tea available in the room)

A clean room with a comfortable bed was just what we needed after a long flight.

The hotel was in a convenient area. Very close to public transportation, malls, and 10-15 minutes away from city center. The lady at the front desk ( blonde hair, glasses) wasn’t very helpful when we had trouble turning on the electricity in the room. She didn’t explain to us we needed to put our key card into the slot to turn on the electricity. It took me 2 trips downstairs to get the right information from a young man at the desk and also a maintenance worker. This is something I feel like they should inform guests especially foreigners when visiting especially from North America where it’s not common as a courtesy. The room was clean but the walls were dirty. There were stains on the walls like food or other substances. Overall the hotel was good not excellent.

Reception evening deck representative spoke with very rude tone to us - when we mistakenly mentioned that breakfast was included with our reservation. Rooms need tissue.

Dated hotel but for a one night stay it was great

The floors in our room were awful. Some planks were missing the AC leaked the whole time continuously. The floors stayed wet and the tiles were all raised up and hard to walk in and bowed up. Told front desk and they said okay. Will never stay again. Ac was barely working. Had to take the stairs because of the elevators either not working or filled with housekeepers or staff
