great location and value.

Property was good, but the following need to be addressed: Some dirty pans and dishes. Some pans had buildup on the bottom with no steel or sos pans to clean them. No dishwashing soap to clean dishes or silverware and no silverware basket to put them in the dishwasher. Burners on electric stove did dot fit and were not able to be leveled and only 2 of the burners could be used. The mattress is old and somewhat lumpy. Bedspread did not seem to be clean.

I didn’t like tv , too small and not smart tv

The place is older but completely redone. Everything was great. The only thing is that the ceiling is paper thin and you hear the people above you.

It was great, the staff were helpful. The views were awesome.

Great value and proximity to the mountain. The units are quite dated, but very clean. We would stay here again for the price.

WATER PRESSURE WAS NOT GOOD. NO WATER AT TIMES. ALSO TV CHANNELS DID NOT WORK. WE GOT ONE CHANNEL TO WORK.

Great stay! And a short drive to the ski resort which made the trip enjoyable

The place was very convenient for us to go skiing in sugar mountain. The condo was spacious but not maintained at all. The headboards on the bed was shaking. The floor was sticky and dirty. There was popcorn behind the sofa. There were bathroom lights that was broken from its fixture. And the water preyin the bathroom was very low. Half way in the shower the water stopped one night. I took pictures and shared all this with the office staff when I checked out. I wish they would maintain this property as it’s on the mountain. Just need to make sure you have a 4x4 specially during winter.

TV did not work. The room was not the same as the photos. But it was comfortable, staff was nice and communication was great

Old, tvs didn’t work, a lot of broken pieces. Could be a great place, but needs updating and care. Nice view. Sauna room was also nice.

It was a little older but it was fine. Close to Sugar mountain ski slopes. I would stay here again.

I like the building with the pool, hot tub and games, everything was real cozy

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here, the views were beautiful the room was relatively good and the staff was very accommodating however the room definitely hasn’t been renovated in a while and very old school, there was not many utensils, the light in the main bed room didn’t work and the parking was a little bit of a struggle in building 201 I wish we had reserved parking for our room so we were not left with out a parking spot. It wasn’t the best but honestly good for the price and for the views alone we would go again.

Although I rated this stay “excellent” there were two minor issues that occurred. 1. The unit above was occupied & while there was no other noise present the footsteps of the occupants were very noticeable. It was difficult to go to sleep. 2. The hot tub amenity on Wednesday was wonderful ( approx 102-104 F.), but on Thursday the water was more like in the 70s F.temperature was in the 70s F. 3. Everything else was wonderful & exceptionally clean!

We did not get the unit that the pictures had shown. Our unit was very outdated, and the mattress was horribly uncomfortable. It was very clean, however, and the location was great.

The staff contacted us by phone before our arrival, which was helpful because we were arriving late at night. The property was spacious and had a good kitchen and kitchen appliance/utensils. The roads to the property was well-maintained, even with a snow storm. There's a bus that takes renters to Sugar Mountain ski resort. The biggest issue for me was ALL the KITCHEN ITEMS - plates, bowls, utensils, pots, and pans, etc. had stuck-on dirt and needed to be scrubbed before use. Other issues include: there was not enough toilet paper left in the property, especially because cleaners don't come in nightly from whom we can ask for these things. The floors upstairs were uneven. There was a hallway closet on the loft was left broken. If we had younger children, it could cause an accident. There is a definite draft and a hole from below the stairs where you can see the closed-off storage area below the apartment. There is also a draft I the bathroom as well as uneven floors, which can again be dangerous. There is also a draft coming in from the 2 sliding doors to the back porches. The "curtain" hanging over the sliding doors are shower curtains (and so cannot really deal with the draft). There was no salt left in the front door storage area nor a shovel to deal with the snow that blows onto the steps/front of the apartment doors.

Nice quiet place. Older buildings but have a charm to them. Very clean and spacious. Overall a good stay at a reasonable price.
