Otelin açıklamasına göre “kalabalık” olduğu için bardak, çatal ve kaşık, tabak yani kısaca yeme/içme aparatları oldukça kirliydi. Bardaklarda bir önceki müşteriden kalan ruj izleri, bardakların içinde bir önceki içeceğin son yudumu, kaşıklarda kurumuş yemek artıkları vs.. Bu durumu defalarca söylememize rağmen yaptıkları tek açıklama “kalabalık, yetişemiyoruz” oldu.

No air conditioning in restaurants and all hotel areas!!!! Dirty rooms and impolite staff! Hotel is not worth for money and not worth to be 5 stars! It’s like 3 stars very old hotel! Mattress smells, towers are nasty! For the price we paid we could go to Titanic Luxury Bodrum or Lujo! Beach areas are not clean and smells pee!!! It’s better to stay home than choose this hotel! We traveled with kids and I don’t feel safe! You can find bugs and mosquitoes in your room! After 2 days of complaining they changed our room but it was the same thing! They didn’t want to refund money for other nights we didn’t want to stay! cutlery was sticky, no tables to sit, too much people in dining area! I’ve never been before in the bad hotel like this!

Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. We didn’t get great service and it felt a bit like fending for yourself. I don’t think the website makes it clear that all inclusive only allows you to eat in the main dining buffet restaurant - and you are only allowed to eat once at any of the other restaurants (unless you book 7 days or more). Water park was ok - limited rides for little ones and the fair was at best, maybe an hour or so before the kids got bored. We won’t be back

I visited the property during the peak summer season, it felt like they were a little understaffed. It took an hour to to get towels after calling for them three times and the rooms were dated. They offered buggy services to get around but there was always a huge line to get one.

Hotel was lovely. We had a great time at the water park. The only complaint I have is with housekeeping when I found lots of pins in my pillow cases which I found weird.

Die Anlage ist super vorallem mit Kinder ein Traum Ohne Kinder lohnt sich der Preis nicht ganz, da haben wir in günstigeren Hotels schon besser gegessen, im großen und ganzen super nur kann das Personal gerne mal lächeln und hilfsbereit sein und das Essen wie gesagt könnte auch besser sein Die Anlage lohnt sich aufjedenfall Pool, Strand, Anlage 5 Sterne Essen und Personal 2-3 Sterne

Otelden çok memnun kaldım, iki küçük bebekle otelin hakkını veremediğimizi bile düşünüyorum o kadar iyiydi. Gözlemlediğim tek eksik WC’lerde havlu-kıyafet-çanta askısı yok.

Hotellbyggnaderna är ok, men undersbemmad och ständigt kaos. Rumservice går inte att nå i 8 fall av 10. Stranden är liten men ok skick. Maten är under all kritik i jämförelse med det pris som det kostar (väldigt höga priser). Personalen gör sitt bästa med ledningen lyser med sin frånvaro och ledning och mandat saknas helt från personalen. Min fru och mina två barn är laktosintoleranta och inga specifikationer på maten finns och man tvingas at fråga den ena ovetande personalen än den andra. Vi skulle träffa en ”Dietist” men det kom ingen. Barnen kunde äta glass eller erterrätter under hela vår 8 dagar långa vistelse. Detta hotell bör ni undvika. Rummen är (connection) är stora, moderna och fräscha. Minibaren ska fyllas i varje dag men så var det inte för oss eller ngn vi pratade med.

Room water supply was cold water and not clean

Great hotel for kids- heated swimming pool, amazing water park, lots if kids club activities and a theme park! Amazing rooms- so spacious! But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot. The lady at the kids restaurant made an extra effort with my little one and he loved it- so that was nice. They should get proper life guards near the kids pool as they were not watching the kids at all. One kid was about to drawn, her dad ran and saved her and life guards didn’t even notice! Overall great holiday and a nice place to stay.

This hotel is a fantastic place for kids with a lot of activities. Great water park for all different ages. Great staff very friendly. No too far from the city, all and all I give it two thumbs up.
