Hôtel avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Chambre spacieuse, matelas un peu trop ferme, oreiller pas assez ferme. Personnel très accueillant

Udmærket hotel til overnatning for besøg i Carcassonne. Nem tilkørsel. Rigtig gode senge. Udmærket morgemadsbuffet uden det store udvalg. Brød hårdt og virker ikke frisk

On a passé un bon sejour.... L hôtel est vieillissant....mais très calme... Le personnel qu l on a vu rien a redire..

Hôtel moderne. Chambre standard sans charme mais bien équipée. L'hôtel est bien, le petit déjeuner buffet aussi. Autour c'est une zone commerciale et industrielle. Parking gratuit.

The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom needed a bit of attention as the shower head didn’t really fit the holder and kept flipping downwards. The shower tray didn’t seem to drain very well and the whole unit could do with being updated. Otherwise it was good. The staff were friendly and the breakfast adequate.

Accueil très chaleureux, emplacement bien située, par contre chambres vêtus, ménage bâcler ( ex : papillon écrasé sur le rideau de la chambre, saletés sous le matelas, moquette pas très propres etc.. ..) pour essayer de finir sur un point positif la literie étais bonne .pour 85 euros la nuit je trouve ça un peu cher. Peux de chance qu'on revienne.

Wij hebben hier als tussenstop op onze reis naar spanje heerlijk overnacht. Ook hebben wij sochtend nog het kasteel van carcassone ontdekt. Wat een magische plek.

Un séjour d'une nuit sur le long trajet de notre voyage, vraiment belle découverte de cette chaîne hôtelière. Suffisamment d'espace pour 4 personnes. Le bonus des toilettes séparées, ce qui est rare dans les chambres quadruple. Autre bonus le nombre de serviettes par chambre. Top par rapport au prix payé.

Nice hotel in quiet area. Easy, free parking. WiFi a challenge. Breakfast options.

This is not a waterfront property as advertised. It is on a busy roundabout. Nearest public transport is a 10 minute walk away, not a problem, but you have to walk along the side of a road with no pavement & cross over to the big shopping centre. Lots of eateries there. The hotel is next door to an Aldi. Breakfast is €11pp, you have to book. It is continental which is to be expected, but quite limited. Rooms are ok, nothing special, no safe or kettle facilities.
