這是一次十分糟糕的體驗。 首先，我跟朋友們預約了數間三人房間，預約時是說會有「一張雙人床、一張單人床」，結果有些房間卻只有「一張雙人床、一張比較長的硬沙發」，跟櫃檯反映說是我們預約了這種房間就是沒有單人床，無法替換。我不清楚這是Expedia還是酒店的問題。 其次，房間的隔音很差，會聽到走廊及隔壁的聲音，情況對被分配到101房間的朋友而言更是嚴重。因為酒店只有一檯升降機，且升降機每次只能選擇一層，期間其他樓層無法按升降機，很不方便，以致大多數的住客都乾脆走樓梯，使正對著通往地面的樓梯的101房間經常被腳步聲煩擾。 第三，洗澡的體驗也很糟糕。這個情況只發生在101房間，但有點誇張所以特地說一下。101房浴室的地台淺得幾乎沒有，洗澡時很容易就把水溢出到房間裡。而且熱水也很不穩定，試過不止一次洗澡到一半沒有熱水，就算前檯派人上來修理後也是一樣。 此外還有不少零星的問題，比如是空調固定在26度又沒有吹風，使房間十分悶熱；以及房間的插座位根本就不夠房間裡的電器使用等等。

Nos pareció un hotel conveniente, muy limpio y bien cuidado con una atención amable y dispuestos a ayudar. Muy recomendable.

Vi hade förväntat oss en högre standardnivå på detta 4 stjärniga hotell. Vår bedömning är att Stella är ett 3 stjärnigt hotell. Kalt och sterilt rum. Mycket hårda sängar, endast en stol i ett trebäddsrum, trasiga glödlampor och Tv som inte fungerade, frukostmatsal utan fönster. Rekommenderas inte!

Struttura strategica e comodissima per la posizione adiacente alla stazione treni . Camera da “rinfrescare” e bagno da rifare . Purtroppo , non per colpa dell’hotel, la zona è in degrado e pericolosa .

Pleasant stay, good price, lovely room

This is really NOT a 4 stars hotel. Very regular 3 stars. It was clean enough. But that’s the only good thing. The neighborhood is simply dangerous at night, ok during the day. No sound proof. We heard people simply talking in the next room. Poor breakfast. Acceptable only of a sleepover while traveling somewhere else.

Tutto perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato durante il ponte dell'epifania, siamo stati bene e anche in ottima posizione per metro e treni vicino alla stazione centrale. Lo consiglio Dotato di parcheggio privato a pagamento ma molto utile.

We chose this property because it was close to the train station. It was a very nice place with helpful staff and a nice restaurant on site.

Pontos positivos: Muito bem localizado, dentro da estação central de Napoli, o que facilita demais para quem deseja fazer viagens locais. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto confortável e com visual novo. Ponto de melhoria: Não me atrapalhou, mas o chuveiro levava uns 5 minutos para esquentar.

Great staff, nice room

4 stelle le sognano la notte!!!!!! Sicuramente la posizione è ottima per chi viaggia in treno, ma la struttura non è assolutamente un 4 Stelle, sia per le camere che per i servizi, in particolare la colazione è scarsa e non all'altezza, per il caffè ci sono solo le macchinette e ad una certa ora (dopo le 9) rischi di non trovare nulla. Sarebbe corretto presentarsi per ciò che realmente si è, ovvero tutto ma non un 4 stelle, perchè il prezzo del soggiorno è davvero caro per la struttura

Liked location. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast coffee not good, cold eggs, croissants heavy. Bathroom: toilet paper not refilled, no grab bars in very slippery shower, not enough towel racks. No do not disturb sign available.

We chose Stelle hotel as it was close to Garibaldi station. You can walk through the station right into a foyer brings you right in front of hotel reception. A warm welcome from the receptionist we stored our bags as we arrived very early and headed off to the city centre to explore. The hotel itself is pleasant, rooms were clean. Shower and toiletries were ok. No free bottled water and two tea bags supplied we asked for a few extra. Breakfast was fine not overly exciting too much cake and not so much savoury. Staff member was helpful with the drinks machine, fruit juice was watery. As mentioned a good base for the station but the area is not too pleasant. We didnt want to drag our suitvases to far and used the airport bus. Several restaurants around but mostly snack bars. Definitely recommend the hotel for its convenience for traveling onto Ercolano for Herculaneum or further for Pompeii.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked this hotel for an emergency 1 night stay. The room was clean but a bit shabby and lacking in soul. It was comfortable and had everything that we could want. We only paid 65 Euros so I cannot complain. The best thing about the hotel were the lovely staff who were very kind and helpful to weary stressed travellers.

The property is attached to the train station which is convenient. The ac did not work in our room and only half the lighting worked. Without ac it was 26c all night. Miserable!!
