I left my personal stuffs like clothes etc in the drawers and it’s gone! Someone stolen them. I’m very disappointed!

スタッフ達親切です。SUV車は地下にある駐車場に代わりに入れてもらった、色々丁寧にして貰いました。部屋の中も日本と同じレベルビジネスホテルです。部屋の広さは日本より広いです。大事なのはエレベーターが有り。 車ですから。駅距離とか分からないです。

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We stayed here one night before going to Sorrento. The bathroom smelled cigarettes and the hotel was overall very worn down. The breakfast wasn’t good either. We were there 30min after they opened and most of the food (apart from the sweets) were finished. Only one person worked and she’s busy with tidying up the tables and doing the dishes. Took a while before she filled up the food. The coffee wasn’t great, the scrambled eggs were microwaved and tasted really bad. However the small interaction we had with the woman in the reception during check in was nice. Our bagage didn’t make it on our flight and and we asked if they had any toothbrushes we could get, and they did

這是一次十分糟糕的體驗。 首先，我跟朋友們預約了數間三人房間，預約時是說會有「一張雙人床、一張單人床」，結果有些房間卻只有「一張雙人床、一張比較長的硬沙發」，跟櫃檯反映說是我們預約了這種房間就是沒有單人床，無法替換。我不清楚這是Expedia還是酒店的問題。 其次，房間的隔音很差，會聽到走廊及隔壁的聲音，情況對被分配到101房間的朋友而言更是嚴重。因為酒店只有一檯升降機，且升降機每次只能選擇一層，期間其他樓層無法按升降機，很不方便，以致大多數的住客都乾脆走樓梯，使正對著通往地面的樓梯的101房間經常被腳步聲煩擾。 第三，洗澡的體驗也很糟糕。這個情況只發生在101房間，但有點誇張所以特地說一下。101房浴室的地台淺得幾乎沒有，洗澡時很容易就把水溢出到房間裡。而且熱水也很不穩定，試過不止一次洗澡到一半沒有熱水，就算前檯派人上來修理後也是一樣。 此外還有不少零星的問題，比如是空調固定在26度又沒有吹風，使房間十分悶熱；以及房間的插座位根本就不夠房間裡的電器使用等等。

Nos pareció un hotel conveniente, muy limpio y bien cuidado con una atención amable y dispuestos a ayudar. Muy recomendable.

Vi hade förväntat oss en högre standardnivå på detta 4 stjärniga hotell. Vår bedömning är att Stella är ett 3 stjärnigt hotell. Kalt och sterilt rum. Mycket hårda sängar, endast en stol i ett trebäddsrum, trasiga glödlampor och Tv som inte fungerade, frukostmatsal utan fönster. Rekommenderas inte!

Struttura strategica e comodissima per la posizione adiacente alla stazione treni . Camera da “rinfrescare” e bagno da rifare . Purtroppo , non per colpa dell’hotel, la zona è in degrado e pericolosa .

Pleasant stay, good price, lovely room

This is really NOT a 4 stars hotel. Very regular 3 stars. It was clean enough. But that’s the only good thing. The neighborhood is simply dangerous at night, ok during the day. No sound proof. We heard people simply talking in the next room. Poor breakfast. Acceptable only of a sleepover while traveling somewhere else.

Abbiamo soggiornato durante il ponte dell'epifania, siamo stati bene e anche in ottima posizione per metro e treni vicino alla stazione centrale. Lo consiglio Dotato di parcheggio privato a pagamento ma molto utile.
