very clean, great staff, the location is right where you want to be to visit the old town. We at there and the food was also amazing. don’t miss the pool area.

Such a beautiful property, fantastic breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and we ate there both days so happily!! Nice pool and gym as well. Unfortunately, for no fault of the property, i could not sleep well as it was noisy due to call to prayer in the surrounding area so early in the morning.

I have stayed here several times, but I've been generous in my review and felt very frustrated this time, as I have previously. The response time to emails is slow. Check in process is excellent and elegant and we were given a most beautiful room which we greatly appreciated. The courtyard staff are always super - 5* for them! And the courtyard bar and seating is absolutely lovely. Thank you. BUT: The service at the lovely pool is ridiculously slow and hopeless, and has been for at least the last 4 years. 10 to 15 minutes to bring a menu, the same after that to bring a drink (you can't just order the drink, they like you to see the menu) and then, invariably, it's not what you ordered. AGES for food. The breakfast is the same, only half your order comes and the rest comes much later when you've finished. Ask for a cup of tea, you'll get coffee. And vice versa. Probably not their fault, but next door is a wedding venue with the loudest music and fireworks until about midnight. Samode Haveli would be a restful hotel but it's like trying to sleep in a nightclub - and worse. The pool and surrounding area is beautiful but the parasols are shabby with broken spokes and have no place at what could so easily be the most heavenly hotel but feels as if no one quite cares enough except the lovely girl who we met on arrival. It feels horribly spoilt to say these things, but it is not a cheap hotel and it would take so little to make it the special hotel it claims to be.

Always exceptional. The staff are simply outstanding, knowledgeable and kind. Beautiful setting, garden and rooms. You are able to experience life in the old - historic part of Jaipur.

La ubicación es excelente, en el centro de la ciudad. Cerca de todo. La propiedad es muy grande, jardines muy bonitos y un patio central junto al bar súper lindo.

From the moment we drove into the property it was obvious we found some where special. The check-in area is hand painted and beautiful - for a giggle you can find a painting with a tiger biting a bum. Room was unbelievably spacious with a sit out and balcony - both were fantastic for nights after running around Jaipur. Bed was very comfortable as well. Restaurant was excellent - so much food and so good. So good. We wound up eating at hotel every night. Breakfast was also wonderful. Watermelon juice and poha were yummy. Great selection of items to choose from. Cannot recommend this place enough for anyone spending time in Jaipur!

Upon check-out, I had questions regarding charges. I was met with a little unwarranted hostility and a condescending tone from a staff member. Other than that moment, the stay was lovely.

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans ce magnifique hôtel situé au coeur de Jaipur. La chambre, le grand jardin, la piscine, le restaurant, le service tout était absolument parfait, nous nous sommes rarement sentis aussi bien accueillis !!

On s y sent très bien et tout est très jolie. La nourriture est très bonne. Le service par contre est inconstant.

We had a great stay! The rooms were spacious, well kept and the whole property was maintained very well. The staff was very friendly and took care of us. The concierge and front desk were helpful to arrange a tour guide and activities as needed. We enjoyed the morning walk around the Jaipur old city, our day touring Amer Fort and the City Palace, as well as a mini-safari at the Jhalana Leopard Reserve with guides from the hotel. Would comfortably recommend a stay at the Samode Haveli.
