Stayed in a villa for 5 nights as a family. Great level of service at reception and restaurant. Villa cleaning was somewhat uneven depending on the days.overall a very good experience.restaurant menus somewhat limited, but plenty of good restaurants at Aix.

Les Lodges provides true serenity with superior service. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. The grounds are lovely.

Absolutely amazing hotel - one of the best that I’ve experienced in the world. The food, the staff, the room - all were beyond expectation. Very convenient to Aix, as well.

This hotel is magical. The staff are kind and thoughtful and pay careful attention to detail. The rooms are large and comfortable with beautiful views. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. My favorite place in Provence!

We had high hopes for Les Lodges Sainte-Victoire, and it truly blew us away. The hotel is peaceful and luxurious, yet just a short drive from the city. Our room was spotless and well-appointed, with stunning views that took our breath away. What really stood out was the exceptional service—special shoutout to Benjamin, Zela, and Victor for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful gem!

Séjour (très/trop) court mais où dès le départ l'accueil a été très chaleureux par les membres de la réception qui commencent par nous faire une petite visite de l'hôtel, nous avons été accompagné à notre chambre et telle fut notre surprise d'apprendre que nous avions été surclassés en Junior Suite pour l'anniversaire de Madame. La chambre était magnifique ! Une salle de bain où un belle baignoire est au centre de la pièce et où une magnifique grande douche à l'Italienne est attenante. Que dire du Spa et de la piscine chauffée à 30º, un moment très reposant ! Le hamam et le sauna complétaient ce moment de détente ! L'Atelier des Lodges (en Room service) et son personnel sont également aux petits soins et malgré un petit couac sur la commande, ils ont su faire preuve de professionnalisme et d'un sens commercial hors pair ! Ca devient rare et c'est tellement appréciable ! Le petit déjeuner en chambre était délicieux, notamment les viennoiseries encore chaudes et la variété de différents pains étaient très appréciables. Nous reviendrons, pour un plus long séjour, c'est certain !

Very relaxing and tranquil place, beautiful and well maintained property. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, front desk, concierge is your best friend. I would go back just to eat another Croque monsieur sandwich, that thing will haunt your dreams.

Lovely property and great food at the restaurant. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Only downside is that you can hear everything in your room. Very thin walls so you can hear people walking to their room and any noise from a blow dryer to light talking. We didn’t get great sleep due to this. Also it might matter to some, but we didn’t have a shower in our bathroom. Only a tub and hand shower. No AC so depending on when you visit, keep that in mind. Overall our stay was nice and the service was wonderful.

The property is ok, the suite we stayed in was dated and the A/C didn't work for most of our stay. The shower leaked and the lighting was dim. They charge a very high rate for the mediocre quality of the room. Maybe it is worth $500/night. The breakfast was not included and was not good. The concierge gave good recommendations for day trips, but front desk staff seemed apathetic. I did enjoy spending time with the 2 cats that live at the hotel, very sweet.

Les Lodges is a beautiful spa hotel about 10-15 minutes from town. There is a shuttle to the hotel but it isn’t always available. During our 3 night stay we had to take a cab to town or back to the hotel 3 times. It cost $25 each trip. The service is average and nothing exceptional. The food onsite is a limited selection. We ate dinner the first night and choose to cancel the second night and eat in town. This hotel is a great place if want to be remote or looking for a spa getaway. We would not stay here again if our trip was to frequent the town.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Lodges. The view of Mount Saint Victoire was stunning. The room was large and modern. The staff working at Les Lodges were fantastic! They were so friendly and kind and provided great recommendations. They also provided a shuttle service in and out of the city of Aix en Provence. The location was peaceful just outside of the city. We would love to come back again one day.
