The pillows were tough.

A pearl in the middle of Basel! 5’ on foot into the old town, comfortable and super friendly staff. We didn’t have breakfast but the buffet looked good.

Otel çalışanları çok saygılı, çok tez, çok güzel şehrin merkezinde, heryere yürüyüş mesafesinde bir otel.Ayrıca otelden toplu taşım araçlarına binebilmemiz için kart verdiler.Çalışanları çok kibar ve çok çok güler yüzlü.Çok kibar bir şekilde bütün sorularımızı yanıtladılar ve yardımcı oldular.Bir daha Basel’e gidersek kesinlikle yine Passage otelde konaklayacagız

Exceĺlent location, 5 minute walk to old town & restaurants/shopping. Room 002 large with high ceilings and quiet. Fantastic gym, well equipped and large. Nice sauna also. Very clean and modern hotel. Excellent staff willing to help with any request. Highly recommend

This hotel is just a Home Run! Great decor, modern but warm; great location, just take the staircase out the back courtyard to the Old Town. Excellent breakfast in a lovely setting. Staff are fabulous - helpful in every request. Nicolas even phoned our cruise line to find out the exact docking location, which had changed since our previous notification. You will love this hotel.

I really liked this hotel. First the personnel was extremely accomodating and helpful and nice Ifelt.welcome.which is quite unusual these days.

The staff, particularly Natalia, were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of selection. Very close to Old Town although it was 58 steps down. Remember you must come back up! We opted out of room cleaning for our short stay and we were rewarded with refreshments. Excellent idea. Would definitely recommend.
