Rebeca was so welcoming and helpful. She made great restaurant reservations and checked on how we enjoyed the places she recommended.

Amazing room. Modern, meticulously cleaned. Loved all the extras - from the high-end steamer to the beyond stocked up mini bar (including fresh limes). Endless supply of free water, in glass bottles. Flat iron and blow dryer for hair, etc. Staff was helpful, friendly, gave the best recommendations. Room was quiet, 5-10 minute walk to major attractions and next to restaurants and cafes - very centrally located. Check out at noon, instead of at 11:00 like most hotels, gave us even more flexibility. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

As long as you are used to small rooms in Europe this hotel is great. The location is fantastic. The desk staff was lovely. There is no restaurant or breakfast on site but there are 5 million restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed it very much. The shower is very good. The maid service is very good.
