Un hotel cómodo, con aparcamiento en zona blanca cercana. Un desayuno correcto y bien servido por el personal.

The location of this hotel is in a very quiet area. I like the view from my room to the mountains. I also enjoy the distance to other cities I went to see.

schönes 4 Sterne Hotel, direkt in der Nähe des Stadtkerns von Durango. Check-In war sehr angenehm, das Personal ist mehrsprachig Unser Zimmer selbst war leider sehr dunkel (Blick aus dem Fenster auf einen begrünten Hang), aber sehr nett eingerichtet und sauber. Bequeme Betten, leider mit getrennter Matratze im DZ, kein Topper) Parkplätze/Tiefgarage sind mit 20€ relativ teuer, die Parkplätze sind begrenzt und auch sehr eng (va. mit einem größeren Auto). In der näheren Umgebung gibt es leider sonst wenig Ausweichmöglichkeit wegen der Anwohner. Restaurant (Frühstück und Abendessen) haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren. Für jegliche Annehmlichkeiten wie Gym oder Pool musste man zahlen, der Außenpool war trotz knackigen 30 Grad noch nicht geöffnet. Hotel ist definitiv empfehlenswert, wenn man es als Ausgangspunkt für (Tages-)Ausflüge nutzt; Durango selbst hat wenig zu bieten

Exceptional stay, friendly staff, and the perfect Basque Country base!This was my first time visiting the Basque Country, and it did not disappoint. I traveled here for the EPRC finals and to catch up with a friend I hadn’t seen in nearly twenty years.I chose Durango as my base because it is an easy 40-minute train ride into Bilbao. The hotel itself is ideally located—just a 10-minute walk from the station and close to local shops, restaurants, and beautiful historic buildings. Having stayed at Silken hotels before, I had high expectations, and I wasn't disappointed. It is a beautiful property featuring a nice restaurant, an onsite spa, and a lovely garden area for outdoor dining.The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming, even using my name after just a few days. The breakfast was good, and my room was large, spotlessly clean, and featured great air conditioning with multiple aspects. The bed was comfortable, so I slept very well. The bathroom also had a nice, powerful shower and decent-sized towels.I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. While I suspect I was very lucky with the great weather during my trip, the hotel's excellent amenities make it a fantastic choice rain or shine.

Deuxième séjour au Silken. L'emplacement, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le personne, le spa, et le parking sont au top. Hôtel avec tout le confort et au calme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Hotel sehr gut, leider keine Parkplätze

Henkilökunnan englanninkielen taito oli välttävää, saatiin kuitenkin asiat hoidettua. Autolla saapuessa ei ole muuta vaihtoehtoa kuin maksaa 20€ parkkimaksu, joka selviää vasta varauksen jälkeen. Huone oli ihan siisti, mutta selvästi vastamaalattu öljypohjaisella maalilla. Hajua kesti juuri ja juuri yhden yön. Aamiainen oli ihan OK. Hieno rakennus, mutta henkilökunta ehkä kuitenkin lähempänä kolmea tähteä kuin viittä.

Très bel hotel , intérieur comme extérieur, grande chambre , vaste salle de bain , propreté irréprochable , personnel à la réception très sympathique.et serviable..Aucun reproche .

Muy muy limpio, la condición del lobby excelente. Pero los cuartos ya están un poco viejos y desgastados. La cama muy cómoda aunque las almohadas un poco planas. Algo que esperaba encontrar era una cafetera o tetera para hacer té o café. El desayuno buffet excelente y muy rico, diario lo mismo pero la calidad excelente 100% vale comprarlo. El personal excelente desde concierge, limpieza y restaurante. 100% nos quedamos otra vez ahí.

Hôtel de charme. Restaurant de qualité . La seule problématique est l’absence de parking en libre service. Il faut réservé une place en avance . Nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver une place dans le quartier !

Super schönes Hotel in einer schönen kleinen Stadt. Das Gebäude ist schon wunderschön anzusehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einem großen Bett und angenehmen und komfortablen Kissen. Das Bad ist sehr groß mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klein aber völlig ausreichend und schön gestaltet mit Pflanzen und Liegen. Am Pool gibt es eine Bar mit lecker essen bis spät abends. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, es gibt eine ordentliche Auswahl und viele unterschiedliche Kaffeesorten. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Hôtel agréable et calme en centre ville. Le personnel est attentif, très beau jardin avec une piscine a débordement en inox. Parking en sous sol payant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, la chambre avec vu sur la piscine est très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
