Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Beautiful position and lovely old building with a lot of charm. Worth the walk to see the views.

Perched high up on a hill, Headlands Hotel has a spacious/clean family room with a Sea View to die for. Katie I think thats her name, had her hands full serving a delightful breakfast to all her guests..(Well Done). Llandudno has a lot to offer which includes the Headlands and all of its staff. Superb views over Llandudno, Excellent breakfast and comfortable room. Only problem was limited parking.

Had a really nice time at the hotel. Nice staff, tasteful decor. Stayed in the double room with a sea view on the top floor, was blown away by the view, especially at night. Fantastic breakfast in the morning too. Top stay, all round.

Amazing place!!!!!!

We loved the family room, which had a sea view. We were on the top floor, but there was no lift. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel is lovely, with a sea view lounge which has a few board games. The only draw backs are that there are no lifts and the decor needs redoing. Neither affected pur happy stay.

I couldn’t fault this hotel, we was only there 1 night but it was perfect for us, we had top floor room with good views it’s a short walk to the pier and local Main Street with all the restaurants and bars so I’ve no complaints and the breakfast had plenty of choices and the full English hit the spot after a day and night on the beer :-)

Staff were nice, rooms were great with a brilliant view. Some renovations are needed for the toilets door. Overall, great place to stay with nice staff.

Family break, quick service, quiet hotel in good location, 3 minutes walk from the beach and all attractions, full english for breakfast, overall great experience.

Well equipped comfortable room, fabulous sea view and parking available on the road outside or on the small carpark at the hotel. Good selection of food at breakfast, really enjoyable place to stay.

Great stay Great hotel stayed many time's now views are great

The property was very tired and needed a real makeover. In addition, we ordered two bedrooms with baths but when we arrived, one bedroom only had a shower. When we complained, we were simply told there were none with baths available!!! However the breakfasts were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely breakfast which was very hot and unlimited drinks. A lovely comfortable hotel.

We had a really enjoyable stay here, location is excellent, there is a hill which is quite steep so for those who struggle be warned. The views are suberb and the hotel has little nooks with window seats where you can soak in the views dotted around along with outside patios to do the same. It is dated but that adds to the charm i have to say our room was very clean despite the age. Furniture is in keeping with the style of the hotel which added to the charm. Breakfast was excellent and served efficiently to a full dining room. Plenty on offer, cereals, cooked, croissants, continental, fruit and yoghurt and the staff chatted easily with guests. A full house when we stayed but there was no noise and it was nice to see families making the most of the communal area using the board games and reading the books that were available Friendly and helpful staff Will definitely stay here again Thank you for an enjoyable visit
