Clean room, dog friendly for a very reasonable fee, basic needs and amenities covered for a vacation. Early check-in was accommodated, ice water plus tea bags available at the counter area for free, and even dog food and treats were there for purchase if you happen to forget packing them!! Also loved the neighborhood.

Overall super pleasant stay over thanksgiving weekend. Staff were polite and it was very quiet. They also accommodated our request to be in a higher floor which was excellent. The rooms were also very nice and clean. One thing I will say is that the bathrooms are less than private to say the least. There is a sheer window from the shower into the main bedroom and the doors of the bathroom don’t close all the way either or lock. Great for a couple or one person, not great if you were traveling with someone else. Finally, the hotel had snacks available to purchase in the lobby.

Garage door was not opening. Difficulty finding reception from parking. Thought was coffee shop. Room hallways too dark. No instructions in room. Ie where to find ice, how to open lights etc

ホテルは施設の清潔さとサービスの良さは完璧です。 スタッフは英語で話せるので、フランス語ができない方で全く問題ありません。 モントリオールのダウンタウン全般にも言えることですが、周辺はホームレスもおらず、夜に1人で歩くことも何も不安はありません。 バスの本数は多くもなく少なくもないですが、中央駅から近いことは良かったです。 ただ、部屋の掃除をしてもらった時のチップは硬貨で置いて行っても受け取ってもらえないので、QRコードでアクセスできるサイトからチップを払う必要があります。

Very casual area and enjoy the local life style. Easy to arrive. Clean everywhere and great terrace and gym. The little milk tea place attached with hotel is lovely and tasty.
