The staff is super nice and honest especially Nora on the front desk manager she made sure that I got back jewelry that I left in the room. The location is excellent to go out for dinning and shopping. And the beach is across the street . The breakfast is excellent . Thank you team dar El marsa .

The hotel at good location, opposite the corniche. Restaurants and cafes at walking distance. Breakfast standard in quality and quantity. Staff were polite. The service was behind. Requested room service didn't arrive.

A comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A good location right on the front close to many restaurants and the beach. We had a sea view room which meant we were at the front of the hotel on a busy road which could be a bit noisy and the bathroom was small and not well designed with a large sink taking up too much room and the shower was over the bath which was so high it had a step to get in, not good if you're a little immobile. A very nice roof top bar and restaurant.

I booked a sea view room and when I arrived I was not given a sea view room. I was not reimbursed for the downgraded room or inconvenience. Beautiful rooftop and nice people. However, I was disrespected because my room that I paod for was given away. Hotels.com did NOTHING!! Can’t get in touch with anyone from hotels.com.

Magnifique hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortable. Le petit déj en chambre est copieux et le personnel au petit soin. Merci de votre accueil.

Trevligt bemötande till en början. Inte 5* men kanske 4* hotell. Stranden mittemot på andra sidan vägen och ner för en trappa och en liten väg. I övrigt trist område med mycket skräp överallt. Stort rum med jättestor dubbelsäng, stor balkong med lite havsutsikt. Annorlunda badrum med stort badkar. Slitet rum, slitna sängkläder, inte helt rent, inte heller sängkläderna. Fri minibar med vatten och läsk (fylldes dock ej på). Även fritt kaffe och te. Härlig pool på takterrassen men dessvärre inga solstolar intill utan endast bord och stolar. Livemusik på takterrassen första kvällen som vi inte fick veta innan. Musiken hördes ner till oss på våning 1. Frukosten var ok med olika saker att välja på. Andra morgonen fick vi frågan om vi ville ha omelett. Vi betalde vi incheckningen men vi utcheckningen ville hotellet ha betalt ytterligare för skatt för andra natten. När vi betalade vi incheckningen var summan redan då högre än den vi hade fått bekräftelse på och nu blev den alltså ännu högre. Jag påpekade detta men enligt receptionisterna gick det inte att lägga på andra nattens skatt i deras system direkt. Ingen av de meddelade oss detta vi incheckningen, det missade de...vilket är konstigt om man är medveten om det så borde det vara en sak att säga direkt. Fick ingen ursäkt direkt för detta. Vi tror att vi blev lurade men vi hade inget att sätta emot. Personalens beteende vid utcheckningen drog ner betyget ytterligare. Var definitivt varken 4* eller 5* service.

Der Empfang war herzlich und der Check in war schnell gemacht. Die Dachterrasse mit seien Pool ist eine Oase und biete viele Ruhe am Tag. Abends ist es herrlich den Sonnenuntergang hier zu genießen. Das Hotel liegt zentral nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und entlang der Strandpromenade gibt es viele Restaurant und Bars. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und vor allem sauber. Sehr gerne wieder.

Notre séjour a été très agréable, nous avons apprécié le cadre, nous avons pu nous reposer en famille. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres et demandé si nous pouvions être à côté, notre demande a été prise en compte. Les chambres sont très agréables (petit bémol sur le bruit dun ascenseur). Mais SURTOUT la qualité de l'accueil du personnel: Bravo, aussi bien les receptionnistes, le personnel du restaurant, les esthéticiennes, les femmes de chambre, sans exception ont été vraiment à nos petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très diversifié, et là encore, un personnel de service et de cuisine vraiment gentil, attentionné, très professionnel. Merci encore car vous avez tous contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable et inoubliable. Meilleurs vœux et bonne année 2024 à tout le personnel de l'hôtel Del el Marsa!

Cet hôtel n est pas du tout un 5 étoiles mais plutôt un 4 étoiles. De nombreux détails viennent plomber ma note comme le petit déjeuner qui est d une pauvreté hallucinante et du niveau d un 3 étoiles. J ai trouvé les céréales moisies et ai prévenu le responsable qui a changé celles-ci ! L ananas n était pas frais mais en provenance de conserve ! En ce qui concerne la chambre, la poubelle des toilettes étaient défoncée et rouillée ! La chambre a besoin de rénovation c est évident . La femme de ménage fait parfaitement son travail et le personnel est malgré cela aux petits soins pour ses clients. Le rooftop et son restaurant offre une vue splendide sur la piscine et la Méditerranée. Cet hôtel est parfait pour un voyage d affaire car à côté de nombreux restaurants et d un centre commercial! Vais je revenir ? Oui car pour être parfait il faut prendre toutes les remarques comme points d améliorations

Séjour très agréable, personnel a l'écoute, bâtiment un peu vieillissant qui nécessiterait quelques rafraichissements pour mériter le titre de 5 Etoiles

The Dar El Marsa has to be one of the premier hotels in La Marsa in an unrivalled location on Marsa Plage, the beach promenade. I loved spending time on the balcony of my beach-facing room, and thoroughly recommend the extra cost. The hotel is modern and very stylish. The rooms are wonderful and have an understated resort feel to them. Breakfast will suit every palette. I will definitely go back.
