地點好 設備齊全 讓人進到飯店就不想出來了

Every good part of this hotel is about kids. Parents will have very quality rest when staying here.

Silk Place Yilan is a very popular destination for young families as it caters to the needs of younger children. We came for a weekend because our 7 and 9 yo children REALLY want to ride the motorcycles in the hotel (as advertised online). We reserved the family room only to find out those rooms DO NOT come with a motorcycles/automobiles because our room is on the 11th floor. Unless you reserve the 8th, 9th, or 10th floor rooms, your room does not come with a car/motorcycle for your child(ren) to drive in. This was not clear on the website at all. The children can still drive on the 8th floor in the fastasical castle area but it's only limited to that space. There is no motorcycles available on the fastasical castle tho. It was disappointing to learn of this fact after we arrived and there was nothing the staff can do about it since all the rooms have been reserved. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the organized events (hide-and-seek in the mall during off-hours, scavenger hunt and BINGO night for a chance of a free one-night-stay). For the price we paid (USD$750+ per night), I didn't expect anything less. The staff was friendly overall and the breakfast buffet was good. There are drinks and snacks available throughout our stay in the various cafe/play area in the hotel.

遇到房間在裝修，商家直接幫忙免費升級，家庭四人房直接升級豪華雙人套房（直接升四個等級！），不愧是等級第二的房間太讓人驚艷了！覺得自己才住一晚有點虧😂，之後絕對會再二訪！要過去玩一定要住兩個晚上才玩得到東西，住一天行程真的太趕了！第一天中午12:30就能先辦理入住手續，辦完就可以先去游泳，所以泳具一定要分開放！一定要先拿出來噢！我自己還傻傻跟行李放一起，少了很多玩樂的時間。為什麼要住第二晚？因為可以電影畫完午夜場，睡到9點吃早餐再繼續玩其他設施！大部分設施要早上9:00過後才會開放！

This was an amazing stay. Fun for adults and kids. The attention to detail to make a child feel at the top of the world is very impressive.

Very good for kids and as well for adults’ shopping

The hotel has amazing facilities for children including battery powered cars for the kids to drive around the hotel. Crazy and fun. Free cinema tickets for the multiplex in the adjoining shopping centre and a good swimming pool.

Excellent for family with lots of things to do full of fun and many happy returns, it us my 4th time there

Clean and comfortable room with serviceable features. Very kid friendly hotel, highlight being the cars on level 8. The buffet breakfast was pretty average. The famous restaurant lived up to it's reputation.

We had a delightful family stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The kids especially loved riding their motor car and bike outside the room walkway—it was such a thoughtful touch for families. The staff’s excellent customer service truly stood out; they were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. However, the cost of the stay was on the higher side, which made it feel less value-for-money. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown, as it looked old and not well-maintained. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, thanks to the family-friendly activities and exceptional service.

Very clean and comfortable. Staffs are so kind and it offers lots kinds of option for the breakfast which is also high quality and yummy.
